Extra-Curricular Activities on Offer for Spring Term 2017
Dear Parents / Carers
We are delighted to be able to continue to offer a variety of extra-curricular clubs for pupils in Year 1 to 6 next term. A

timetable of the clubs available is overleaf. They will start w/c 9 January 2017 and finish w/c 3 April 2017 (with the

exception of Choir which will finish w/c 13 February - after February half term the choir will continue at lunchtimes).
Please note that Jenny’s dance club will run on a Wednesday after school, you will receive a separate letter directly from Jenny to
book places for dance. Gymnastics club will run on a Thursday after school, this club is provided by Coventry Olympic Gymnastics
club, please see Wendy Harvey for details. Please do not try to book dance or gymnastics on the form overleaf.
All of our clubs will run from 3:30 – 4:30pm. (Except tennis club on Mondays 3.30–5:30)
The clubs run over a 12-week period (6 weeks for Choir) at a charge of £12.00 per activity (£6.00 for Choir). Please complete

the form below stating your child’s 1 and 2 choice and return to school by either posting in the PE post-box in the Sports Hall,

or the main box by the School Office by Friday 9 December (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY AT THIS STAGE).
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so get your replies back quickly.

Parents will be informed by text message on Monday 12 December if their child has been successful in securing a place. If your
child does not secure a place this time you will be contacted via text message to advise that their name will be placed on the

waiting list and they will be given priority next term. Parents/Carers will then be asked to make full payment by Friday 16
December.
Payment can be made online via School Gateway. If you have not yet activated your School Gateway account please visit the
website www.schoolgateway.com or download the app from your app store. If you choose to send cash payment into school
this must be placed in the post box by the School Office, please ensure it is in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, class,
amount enclosed and a description of what it is for. Please enclose the correct amount, we do not give change. If your child has

been successful in securing a place and has not handed in their money by Friday 16 December, the place will be offered to
another child.
