supply standard and customised equipment to the luxury hotel/restaurant market

The Beech Churrasco recreates the flavour of traditional Brazilian cooking. The magic
of the churrasco lies in the special technique of cooking skewered meats over live
coals, fire pit or radiant gas burners. We have applied our extensive experience in reengineering traditional cooking techniques to bring this culinary style into the modern
display kitchen. Beech’s unmatched high performance standards together with our
unique ability to custom design have been applied to create the churrasco.
We offer a variety of churrasco units with standard sizes ranging from 900 – 1800mm
wide. Standard churrascos are supplied with a stainless steel finish however a variety
of alternate facades are available. We could for example supply the unit in any colour
you choose, or apply an ‘old world’ black metal or textured stainless finish.
