Proudly Presents their Whole School Production of
‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ by William Shakespeare
We are delighted to return to the Ryan Theatre, Harrow School, for our dazzling production of Shakespeare’s
most popular comedy. In this bold and exciting production, the action of the play is relocated to Rio, Brazil. The
play will include capoeira dancing, mischievous fairies and passionate lovers.
The John Lyon School is proud to announce this year’s Production of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ by William Shakespeare.
This promises to be a visually stunning and highly amusing production of the play performed by a very talented cast and stage
management team from Years 7 to 13. Your support at this event would be greatly appreciated by both the cast and crew.

They will be performing the production in the Ryan Theatre, Harrow School, from Thursday 10 December to Saturday 12
December, with performances commencing at 7.00 p.m.
Tickets will cost £8.00 for adults and £6.00 for students and senior citizens. If you wish to order tickets, please return the reply
slip and payment to the School Office. Tickets will be returned to boys in their form registers.

Any remaining tickets will be on general sale from Monday 23 November from 1.20pm every lunch time. Any further remaining
tickets will be available on the door each night from 6.30pm.
We do hope that you will come to see what promises to be a highly entertaining performance that will blow the winter blues
