Julius Caesar Act II
JC MAKE-UP ASSIGNMENT: Because you were absent on a day or days we read and/or discussed one or more scenes of
the play, you must make up the attached assignment in order to earn the participation grade for the day. IN OTHER
WORDS if you do not make up the attached assignment, your grade for this act WILL BE REDUCED by a number of points
to be determined later. For example, if we spend two days on Act II, and you are absent one of those days and fail to
make up the assignment, the HIGHEST grade you could earn for Act II is a 50 (assuming you 1) had your book on the day
you were present, 2) read/listened attentively, and 3) took sufficient notes for the part of the act you were NOT absent).

holidays, if any) for each class day you are absent to make up and turn in the assignment. Make up work is due
at the beginning of your class period, not by the end of the day.

performance, etc.), the assignment is due by the day you miss class.
3) If you were not in class because of a school-related event/activity, and you did not request this assignment in
advance, you can still make this up, but it WILL BE COUNTED LATE.
