The average buying time is 9-10 weeks, you don’t have to bid time after time and get beaten 3, 5 or 7 times. You don’t have to, our stats show that. 2. The average number of bidders you will compete against at 3, however on popular properties its considerably more 3. With James Buyer Advocates you have an approximately 2 in 3 chance of being successful 4.
