Emergency Closings
Elgin Community College does not have regularly scheduled
classes on Sundays, so standard emergency closing
procedures do not apply to our rehearsals. Should it become
necessary to cancel EYSO rehearsals due to weather or other
unanticipated conditions, please check EYSO.org for closing
information. Every attempt will be made to email the homes
of all students prior to the start of their rehearsals, and information will be communicated via social media as well. The
safety of our families and students, particularly those who
drive themselves, is our primary concern. Please use good
judgment regarding winter road conditions in your area.
