5K Obstacle Course

The Reynoldsburg Division of Police, The City of Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation, and The Truro Township
Fire Department are joining forces to raise money for Hope for the Warriors ® by hosting the Fourth Annual
Heroes for Heroes 5K Obstacle Course on Sunday, September 10, 2017.
Who is Hope for the Warriors®?
Hope For The Warriors® is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for post-9/11
service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in
the line of duty. Hope For The Warriors® is dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and
restoring hope for our service members and our military families.
What is the Heroes for Heroes 5K Obstacle Course?
Heroes for Heroes is a fundraiser the City of Reynoldsburg created to benefit Hope for the Warriors®.
Reynoldsburg Division of Police, City of Reynoldsburg Parks and Rec, and the Truro Township Fire Department will
be hosting the 5K Obstacle Course where 1 to 4 person teams will compete together running an obstacle course
including walls, low crawls, traversing through water, mud pits, Israeli sked pull, and tire flips among others.
Public Safety, Military personnel as well as citizens from all over Ohio will be competing in this challenge.
How are funds raised?
In addition to a portion of the proceeds from each registration, we are seeking sponsors. Individuals, Businesses,
Civic
Organizations and Clubs can be a sponsor. Various levels of sponsorship are available as follows:
