SHORT TENDER CALL NOTICE FOR RENOVATION OF COMPUTER LAB ,
ADDITIONAL FURNITURES& ANNUAL MAINENANCE CONTRACT(AMC) FOR
COMPUTER AIDED LEARNING(CAL) SCHOOL
Sealed quotation are invited in plain paper from the registered firm/dealer
/supplier /servicing agency having VAT/PAN registration for supply of computer
table /printer table/ armless chairs for 25 nos. of CAL school and renovation of
computer Lab i.e. Electrical wiring, Earthing, plug point ,sub metre,Fan(Ceiling&
Exhust), tubelight ,sevo stabilizer etc) & Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) of
computer and peripherals for 20 nos. of BiCEP schools of Bhadrak District as per the
specification mentioned below soon reach this office by 04.06.2010 (1 pm). The
quotations will be opened on the same day at 3 pm. The details of the term & conditions
can be available in the website- www.bhadrak.nic.in or from this office on all working
day office hour till 04.06.2010.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The quotationer shall furnish the true copy of the authorized dealership certificates
from the brand or company for which price would be quoted.
2
The rate quoted for the above items should be inclusive of all taxes and
transportation charges to the school point and. Installation charges.
3
The rate quoted will remain same till the completion of supply & fitting . Any
increase in the rate during the time of supply & fitting is not permissible.

The supplier should supply and install the equipments within 10 days of receipt of
the supply order.

The quotations will be opened on 04.06.2010 at 3pm in the Office of the DPC, SSA,
Bhadrak.

Conditional/Incomplete quotations are liable for rejection.

Payment will be done after receipt of the proper installation certificate from this
Office.

The quotationer should produce the true copies of up-to-date VAT/STCC &
ITCC(TIN no.) along with the quotation.
9
The supplier has to bear the responsibility for proper delivery of goods to school
point and should bear the loss and damage during transit.
10 The undersigned will not be responsible for any type of postal delay.
11 The authority reserves the right to reject or accept any/all quotations without
assigning any reason whatsoever. No intimation will be given to the quotationers.
No dispute will be entertained.
12 If one authorized dealer/Supplier/Servicing Agencies will not supply/install the
above items, quotation can be submitted for individual item i.e. one for electric part,
other for table and chair and other one for AMC for
13 The quotationers must furnish the quotation individually for different work i.e.
additional furniture, Rennvation work, AMC
14 The EMD amount Rs. 4000/- for renovation and Rs. 2500/- for furniture(table and
chair) and Rs 1000/- for AMC work shall be in shape of Bank Draft drawn on any
Nationalised Bank in favour of DPC, SSA, Bhadrak.
