RANDSTORE Handling Charges
Annual Storage Cost - £9/tonne.

• All bonuses for oilseed rape will be paid from stated
FOSFA contract terms based upon analysis at intake to
store. Oil content in excess of 40% is subject to premium
of 1.5% for each 1% and admixture below 2% is subject to
a premium of 1% for each 1%
• Based on selling price, all oilseed rape below 9% moisture
gains 1% per 1% down to 6% under this by agreement or
from 8.5% if the oilseed rape has been dried
Storage Payment
• Members will be charged three equal installments starting
on the 14th October plus any additional charges.
• All storage charges are based on a net dry weight
Other Charges
• All wheat entered into the futures store will incur a
weighbridge charge of 23p per tonne plus VAT and levies
Moisture
• Cereals – No weight loss below 15.5% moisture but
cereals will be dried from 15.6% when the weight loss
will be calculated from 14.5% moisture
• Oilseed rape – The indicative weight loss for oilseed
rape is taken down to 8.5% when it has to be dried.
No weight loss on intake moisture below 9.5%

Admixture/Screenings
• Cereals – No cereals will be rejected but a weight loss
of 1% over 2% screenings will apply to those products
subjected to a specification for screenings. A bonus will be
paid on members screenings at applicable market price
• Oilseed rape – 1% weight loss for every 1% over 2%
admixture. There will be a cleaning charge of £4 per
tonne for 4.1% - 10%, above 10% would be by agreement
• Unripe oilseed rape – There will be a £2 per tonne
blending charge on all oilseed rape with 4.1% - 8%
green/brown seeds. Over 8.1% by negotiation with
RANDSTORE. No weight loss will apply

• RANDSTORE reserves the right to reject unsellable grain
and oilseed rape. All deliveries will come under the
prevailing AIC or FOSFA 26.A contract terms
• All storage is based on weighbridge weight for product
delivered within contract specification or the adjusted
weight for dried and/or cleaned product in accordance
with our published scale of charges
• All drying and blending charges are charged on
the gross weighbridge weight
• All grain will be paid for 28 days after the transfer
of ownership
• All outstanding charges will be invoiced at change
of ownership for settlement within 28 days

Prior to Harvest
• An annual contract is to be completed and signed by
1st July whereby all the above charges will apply.
After 1st July by negotiation with RANDSTORE.
The Company reserves the right to alter and amend any of
the above terms and conditions including costs at any time
and without prior notice.
• RANDSTORE will endeavour to contact the farmer if the
grain is out of specification, but reserve the right to tip the
load if the farmer is unavailable and charge according to
the RANDSTORE published scale of charges
