Choice of Rejecters
The 40/100 Case Scale can be supplied with a wide variety of rejecters
depending on application. Freestanding standard or heavy duty push-off
rejecters can be provided; drop
through conveyor and lift roller rejecter
systems are available to complete the
installation.
Flexible Connectivity
The XE and XS controllers can connect to a wide variety of external
devices or interfaces including serial
RS232/RS422, Ethernet along with
other popular fieldbus protocols such
as Profibus DP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet IP, and OPC Server.
The 40/100 is shown
with the optional
XS Controller.
The 40/100 Series case scales are
ideal when large packages need
precision weights.
The 40/100 Case Scales are in-motion scales for use
with a wide range of boxes, cartons, cases, bags, and
sacks. The METTLER TOLEDO Electro Magnetic Force
Restoration (EMFR) weigh cell technology delivers the
most accurate weighing performance available. The light
anodized aluminum construction permits fast response,
yet withstands the impact of heavy packages in daily
use. The 40/100 is ideal for large package applications
where precision is a must. It is also available in stainless
steel for applications where aluminum may not be suitable.

The 40/100 series case scales are not only accurate they are also

Line Height
The XE with its intuitive touch screen display makes line monitoring
and changeovers fast and simple. The optional XS user interface with
its large 15" dashboard style display presents all relevant information for "at a glance" monitoring.
