The Goxernment of India have welcomed t h e s e agreements
and expressed t h e i r s a t i s f a c t i o n at t h e ending o f h o s t i l i t i e s
i n Cambodia', Laos and Viet-Aam which h a s now h a p p i l y o c c u r r e d ,
They e x p r e s s t h e i r f i r m b e l i e f and s i n c e r e hope t h a t t h e exec u t i o n of t h e p r o v i s i o n s s e t o u t i n t h e F i n a l D e c l a r a t i o n d t h e
Geneva Conference znd i n t h e t h r e e Agreements f o r t h e c e s s a t i o n
of h o s t i l i t i e s i n Cambodia, Laos and Viet-Nam r e s p e c t i v e l y w i l l
permit and enable Cambodia, Laos and Viet-Nam t o p l a y t h e i r
p a r t i n f u l l independenc e and s o v e r e i g n t y i n t h e comity of
nations.

icrforrn t h e Geneva Conference S t a t e s that complete accord was
reached b e t w e n t h e t h r e e S t a t e s Members of t h e I n t e r n a t i o n a l
Supervisory Commissions a t t h e conference i n NSW Delhi and f u r t h e r

t h a t t h e t h r e e Commissions have been e s t a b l i s h e d on t h e due d a t e s ,
:-amdy, t h e 1 1 t h A x u s t i n t h e t h r e e t e r r i b r i e s , i n accordance
with t h e terms of t h e r e s p e c t i v e Agreements.
