State Fair Park Catering ME N U State Fair Park Catering ~ Your full service caterer for the Yakima Valley ~ Whether you’ve scheduled an event at State Fair Park or you would like us to travel to your location...we strive for 100% satisfaction each and every time for our guests! We are happy to create and work with you on any of your menu selections. Menus Our menus are suggestions only. Our staff will be happy to design a personal menu for your function. Unless otherwise noted, a minimum order is for 50 people. Prices Seasonal variations or market fluctuations may affect pricing. Paper products can be used at your request. Please ask your sales representative for specifics. Service Charges and Tax State Fair Park Catering charges a gratuity fee of 19% and Washington State Sales Tax of 8.2% associated with the meal service. Guarantee Policy For all catered meals we require that you guarantee the number of guests to be attending the function at least ten (10) working days in advance of the event day. If we do not receive this, the original estimated number of guests will be used as the guarantee. After that the guarantee can be increased, but not decreased. You will be charged for any meals served over the guarantee. Beverage Service Washington State Law requires liquor to be served only to persons 21 years of age or older. The facility will not provide service to persons under the influence of alcohol during events. All alcohol must be purchased through our facility and served by our staff. The facility reserves the right to terminate alcohol service at a function at their sole discretion. Please ask about Beverage Service options for events off State Fair Park grounds. Payment Full payment is due ten (10) working days prior to the event. Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check or Cash are acceptable forms of payment. We do not allow food or beverage to be brought into the buildings without written permission. We reserve the right to charge for the service of such food and beverage. Cancellation Information Cancellations must be made through the original sales contact, followed by faxed or written confirmation. If you cancel within ten (10) days of the function, your payment is non-refundable. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, and other dietary options are available upon request.
