I made this about a year ago and hared the pattern then, but with the new burdstyle site it has been
deleted. I looked for it for a long time and have only found it now. So it is here again. Basically it’s a
wrap shirt, that can be worn in a variety of ways. I made it in a feeble attempt to copy DKNY’s
“Cozy”.
Materials
jersey
Step 1 — Cut+Sew
sleeves 2x –
front 2x –
back 1x –
There are no seam allowances included in the pattern, so add abou1.5cm, more at the hems.
Sew together like making a normal shirt, just leave the front open.
Hem.
Step 2 — Grading instructions
I have never actually tried to grade a pattern, but I can tell you how I did it:
Print out this pattern and the â’Lydiaâ’- pattern.
Take the back, the sleeves and the side parts of the front (so that the
sleeves, the back and the front match) of the â’Lydiaâ’- shirt and then
change the front parts like in this pattern. If you want to make in in a really big size or have a full bust, you’ll
perhaps have to make the front parts wider and longer (I’m not sure about this part).
