SPRAYED FIRE RATED MORTAR
DESCRIPTION
Light type fire mortar made from sand, perlite, vermiculite and mixture of hydraulic binder. Fire mortar designed for
protection of metal, concrete, profiled deck and duct structures. It Is designed to work in a spray form. Small surface areas
can be applied manually. Without asbestos. Dry mixture is supplied ready to use, diluted with water.
PREPARATION
All surfaces must be dry and degreased, cleaned of dust, dirt and rust. If the surfaces are not properly prepared, then it is
recommended to make the reinforcement mesh before the spray works. Reinforcement is recommended for large
deformation structures or the plastering work manually.
Recommended reinforcement mesh mounting stud spacing of 300 mm, on the surface of the metal plate to the welding
surface of the reinforcing mesh mounted clips over 1/3 the thickness of the plaster.
The dry mixture is diluted with 12-15 liters of water per bag. Plastering carried out a specialized equipment suitable for
work with gypsum and cement mixtures. Software automatically mixes the required water - dry mortar mixture volume
ratio. Suitable for standard plastering machines PFT GS4, Giotto, Putzmeister and others.
Spraying during construction must be protected from rain. Relative humidity should be less than 97%, the temperature
above 0 ° C. Need continuously measure the coating dry film thickness.

STORAGE
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, on transportation pallets. It is recommended to +20° C temperature.
Keep out of direct sunlight.
