Feedback on the Smart-Rank Platform This feedback document records some observations and thoughts from a team member about the Smart-Rank investment technology platform during the stand-up meeting. The first point is about the look and feel; the platform has a clean and professional design, but the whole site reads more like a marketing brochure than a working tool, and there are no demo dashboards or clickable charts to be found anywhere on the page, which makes it difficult for a new user to really experience what the platform can actually do. The second point is about functionality; the core concept of AI-powered asset allocation can be understood at a general level, but the explanations given on the platform, such as "sustainability driven factors," feel too vague and unclear, and someone who is just starting out with this type of tool would have a hard time figuring out how the AI actually makes investment decisions step by step, so it has been suggested that some simple tutorials or case studies with step-by-step demonstrations could be added. The third point is about ease of use; the navigation across the site is fairly clear and straightforward, but there is not much content to interact with or explore, and key features like backtesting functions, risk analysis tools, or portfolio builders are not visible on the interface, which naturally gives the impression that the real core functions might be locked behind a login screen. Regarding features that could be added in the future, on the one hand it has been suggested that a public trial area or a sandbox mode with dummy data could be provided so that beginners can get familiar with and test the AI's capabilities without any pressure, and on the other hand it has also been proposed that a simple FAQ section with plain-language explanations of technical terms could be included. Overall, the platform's concept is quite interesting, but the current front-end does not really show the full power of the AI, and the main recommendation is that the tool's value should be demonstrated through visual and interactive examples rather than relying on text-based descriptions alone.
