The sauna cabin is an unclothed area. Please cover seating and lying spaces with a towel. • Pool area: Swimwear is required in the pool area. Please take a shower before entering the pool. • Valuables: Please do not bring any valuables with you. The management does not accept any liability for valuables. • Fitness: For medical and safety reasons, children below the age of 16 are not allowed access to the fitness studio. Please wear clean sportswear and sports shoes. • Before appointments: Avoid large meals and alcoholic drinks. Men should shave between 2 and 4 hours before any facial treatment. • After appointments: Avoid activity immediately after treatment. We recommend you take a half-hour rest after your appointment and drink a glass of water, juice or tea. Appointments may be booked during opening times by phone or in person at the SPA reception (Tel: +385 / (0)23 / 20 61 84, Internal: 6184). Please arrive a little earlier than the stated appointment time. If you are late, for organizational reasons, we cannot extend the session. You may cancel your appointment up to four hours before the allocated time at no cost. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
