LA VENETA è un’azienda agroalimentare che ha sede nel nord Italia, posizionata nel cuore del Veneto e più
precisamente nell’area padovana, a pochi chilometri da Venezia.
L’azienda, a gestione familiare, negli ultimi anni è cresciuta notevolmente grazie al lavoro generazionale che ha conferito solidità, ottimismo e capacità imprenditoriali sempre maggiori svolgendo così un ruolo attivo nella dinamica del
mercato moderno di frutta e verdura di I e IV gamma.
Le solide basi ed il costante impegno dei titolari, che da due generazioni gestiscono in prima persona l’organizzazione

LA VENETA is an agribusiness based in northern Italy, located in the heart of the Veneto region and more specifically in the
area of Padua, a few kilometers from Venice.
The company, family owned, has grown considerably in recent years thanks to the work of generations that gave solidity,
optimism and with increasing entrepreneurial skills; thus playing an active role in the dynamics of the modern market of
fruits and vegetables of I and IV range.

L’Azienda opera nel rispetto di specifiche normative nazionali e internazionali, garantendo al consumatore elevati
standard qualitativi e la massima sicurezza alimentare, dalla coltivazione al confezionamento, come attestano le diverse
certificazioni sia di processo che di prodotto.
LA VENETA utilizza esclusivamente prodotti di qualità che vengono coltivati da fornitori accuratamente selezionati in
base al loro modo di operare e le buone pratiche agricole, rappresentate dalla certificazione Global Gap.
L’Azienda agroalimentare è molto sensibile alla qualità dei propri prodotti ed ha intrapreso, in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo, un percorso certificativo e qualitativo atto ad ottenere, nel 2010, le certificazioni BRC GSFS (Grade
A) e IFS Food (Higer level), nate per garantire la qualità igienico-sanitaria dei prodotti lavorati.
Inoltre LA VENETA garantisce la rintracciabilità dei propri prodotti lungo tutta la filiera, per assicurare al cliente un
prodotto controllato tramite l’ottenimento della certificazione ISO 22005:2008.
The Company operates in accordance with specific national and international standards, assuring consumers the highest
quality standards and food safety, from cultivation to packaging, as evidenced by the various certifications of both process
and product.
LA VENETA uses only quality products that are grown from carefully selected suppliers based on their mode of operation
and good agricultural practices, represented by the Global Gap certification.
The agribusiness company is very sensitive to the quality of its products and has undertaken, with a view to continuous improvement, a certification process designed to produce qualitative and, in 2010, BRC FSGS (Grade A) and IFS Food (Higher
level), designed to ensure the health quality of manufactured products.
Moreover LA VENETA ensures the traceability of its products throughout the supply chain, to ensure the customer a product

e di conseguenza della corretta shelf-life dei prodotti trasportati.
The agribusiness company LA VENETA, thanks to its logistically strategic position, it
can ensure transportation of its products quickly and efficiently throughout Europe or
where customer needs.
The use of refrigerated trucks, both owned both external, ensures the maintenance
of the cold chain and consequently the proper shelf-life of the products transported.
INNOVAZIONE NEI PROCESSI
INNOVATION IN PROCESS
Escludendo la gamma delle erbe aromatiche, tutti i prodotti LA VENETA possono
essere proposti come pronti al consumo (IV gamma).
Il prodotto, dopo esser stato selezionato, viene lavato, asciugato e confezionato
in atmosfera protettiva. Il lavaggio avviene con un’innovativa tecnica che prevede l’utilizzo di acqua addizionata di ozono. Questo metodo, a differenza di altri
metodi di lavaggio, permette di avere un prodotto igienicamente più sicuro, con
maggiore shelf-life e senza comprometterne l’organoletticità.
Excluding the range of herbs, all LA VENETA products can be proposed ready for
consumption (IV range).
The product, after being selected, it is washed, dried and packaged in a protective
atmosphere. The washing takes place with an innovative technique that involves the
use of water containing ozone. This method, unlike other washing methods, allows to
obtain a product hygienically safer, with longer shelf-life and without compromising
the Organolepticity.

Una comoda novità, LE INSALATONE, sono insalate già lavate accompagnate da gustosi ingredienti.
Nella ciotola si trova già il condimento (olio d’oliva, aceto balsamico, sale, forchettina e tovagliolino), per
questo possono essere portate comodamente al lavoro o fuori casa per fare una pausa pranzo salutare
in tutta comodità. Quello che si deve solamente fare è aprire la ciotola, condire l’insalata e gustare.
