L’impiego di speciali resine conferisce al pavimento un effetto estremamente opaco, antiriflesso e naturale. Grazie alla sua particolare formulazione ECOWOOD 2K è idonea alla verniciatura anche di essenze scure. ECOWOOD 2K è caratterizzata da un’elevata resistenza al pedonamento e all’usura. Ideale anche per uso industriale. Applicare 70-80 g/m² di ECOWOOD 2K su legno preventivamente carteggiato e dopo 12-24 ore, previa carteggiatura, procedere all’applicazione della seconda mano. APPLICAZIONE A RULLO: ECOWOOD 2K catalizzata nel rapporto indicato, miscelata in modo omogeneo e diluita con il 10% con acqua, va applicata sul pavimento in legno preventivamente stuccato, carteggiato e accuratamente aspirato. Dopo 12-24 ore, previa carteggiatura con carta grana abrasiva 220/320, è possibile procedere all’applicazione della seconda mano, anche questa diluita con il 10% con acqua dopo la catalisi. Per ottenere a pieno l’effetto naturale si consiglia di non utilizzare fondi e di limitarsi a due mani di prodotto. ECOWOOD 2K è particolarmente indicata per trattare pavimenti in rovere, o comunque legni molto chiari. Su legni ricchi di sostanze grasse, tannini e concrezioni resinose consigliamo, prima del trattamento con ECOWOOD 2K, almeno una mano di isolante bicomponente PRYMER WR 5180. E’ possibile applicare ECOWOOD 2K su essenze scure previa prova preliminare. La manutenzione ordinaria e/o straordinaria dei pavimenti trattati con ECOWOOD 2K deve essere fatta con i prodotti della linea VELUREX. The use of special resins gives the oak flooring an extremely matt, natural and antireflection effect finish for wooden floors. Thanks to its special formulation ECOWOOD 2K is also suitable for coating of dark woods. ECOWOOD 2K has also excellent chemical and physical characteristics and is suitable for heavy traffic floors. Also availbale for industrial use. H. for 7 days. in original sealed containers at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C. How to use ECOWOOD 2K, catalyzed according to the indicated ratio and mixed omogeneously, has to be applied by roller, curtain coater or spray machine. Apply 70-80 g/m² onto filled, sanded and vacuumed wooden floors. After 12-24 hours sand accurately and proceed with application of a second coat. ROLLER APPLICATION: ECOWOOD 2K, catalysed according to the indicated ratio, mixed thoroughly and add 10% of water, has to be applied to filled, sanded and vacuumed wooden floors. After 12-24 hours sand accurately using a 220/320 grit paper and proceed with application of a second coat, this also diluted with the 10% with water after the catalysis. To obtain the natural effect in full, do not use primers, but apply only two coats of the product. ECOWOOD 2K is particularly indicated for treatment of oak floors, and anyway light woods. Of woods rich in fatty substances, tannins and resin concretions suggest, before treating with ECOWOOD 2K, at least one coat of primer two-component PRYMER WR 5180. Is possible to apply ECOWOOD 2K on dark species but is anyway recommended to make a preliminary test.
