Dear Sports Friends,
after the important experience in 2006, we are
particularly pleased to welcome back the European Championships of MTB and Trials.
Founded in 1988, our company started with objectives exclusively aimed at off-road cycling
and grew step by step in mountain biking in the
context of world cycling and became one of the
Olympic sports absolutely most followed and
practiced.
In despite of the obvious differences, even our
SC Chies d’Alpago had in its nearly thirty years
of activities an exceptional growth such in the
organizing field as in challanging and important
national and international competitions, especially in the last fifteen years.
As we have already showed nine years ago, we
will do everything to organize at the highest level
the most important sporting event of mountainbike in all Europe: it comes from our passion
for this wonderful discipline of cycling, from our
professionalism as organizers who intend to continue in the future to work at the highest levels, as
well as from the due respect to all professionals
who rightly consider the european championships the top event on the old continent and, as it
is, they expect show, competition and, above all,
an environment worthy of hosting such a show.
If performance and competition are due to the
bikers, with regard to the environment (and its effective organization), we will certainly take all the
risks: we belive in an unforgettable edition.
And now we have to make our most sincere
wishes to all participants (riders, technicians,
managers, journalists and spectators) of the european kermess in Alpago from the 23rd to the
26th of next July and wish all as well to have
beautiful and happy days at the sign of the most
fascinating sporting spirit as only few sports
mountain biking can offer its fans.

BY CAR
From Brenner, take the A22 motorway, exit at Trento North; take the SS47 to Padova, then lead into SS59 towards
Belluno – Fiera di Primiero; once in Belluno, follow the signs to Ponte nelle Alpi and then the signs to the Race.
From Trieste, take the A4 motorway and lead into Portogruaro towards A28 motorway. Once in Conegliano, drive into
A27 motorway towards Belluno, exit Fadalto-Lago di S. Croce and then follow the signs to the Race.
