Despite a tinge of sadness leaving behind loved ones, including the Eagle family, we slowly were able to get over it due to the camaraderie that is generated within our living quarters here in Jeddah. the other note, with the publication of The Eagle News, I optimistically have a great hope that we can close the gap between the management and staffs by sharing the ideas, views, feelings and resourceful information towards the betterment of Eaglexpress Air Charter Sdn Bhd. This initiative undertaken by the editorial team back in Ara to create the Eagle News is very timely as it will be the bridge between staff and management, the link that will be bring closer every member of the Organization, though separated by geographical locations. “Rome was not built in one day”, the only word that can make us intact is “togetherness”, and the only word that can make us apart is “disunity”. I have chosen “The Desert Bloom” as the topic that I want to share with all of you in my first message. The flowers above are one of the many that I found within our compound. Not only it is blooming beautifully, it adds colour to a dull environment…but do you all ever wonder, how did these flowers bloom so wonderfully bright despite being in the hot desert weather? Well, they are being “nurtured” with tender loving care by the gardeners, being watered and given the proper dosage of fertilizers…that’s why they are so “healthy”!
