transmission synchronizes them all for optimum shift points. With this transmission
equipped, the Cummins I-6 Turbo Diesel puts out 350 hp and 660 lb.-ft. of peak
torque.
68RFE Automatic Six-Speed Transmission: Using three planetary gear-sets, one
overrunning clutch, and full electronic control, this transmission unlocks even more
Ram diesel capability. When the 68RFE Automatic is mated to the Cummins Turbo
Diesel, it receives a 370 hp rating and an 800 lb.-ft. torque rating.
AISIN AS69RC Automatic Six-Speed Transmission: Available only with the 2014
Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins I-6 Turbo Diesel engine, this transmission features higher
gear ratios for increased towing capacity and increased performance output. This
engine is capable of 385 hp and a whopping 850 lb.-ft. of torque when mated to the
AISIN AS69RC Automatic.
