Diamil is a Harditalia srl trade mark for the sale of inserts and tools dedicated to iron and steel industry. Harditalia
srl, member of OMCD Group, is a sintered hard metal producer with a leading position in the Italian market. Our
inserts, thanks to a well developed know how in hard material matter due to a 40 year

sintered hard metal industries

After ten years of hard labour and experience in the Italian market as a leader in the field of bar peeling, Diamil has
realized a new catalogue which includes a wide range of inserts studied to improve the system “peeling machine
- steel bar - hardmetal inserts”. The very flexible organization plus the know-how collected through a continuous
monitoring of the market has brought us to better understand our costumer needs. Diamil has introduced new
hard metal grades and new shapes to provide a product that can satisfy the always increasing and fast demands
created by the market without forgetting our prime target: the costumers’ approval and satisfaction.
On yıl aşırı yoğun çalışma ve çubuk soyma alanında İtalya piyasasında edinilen tecrübelerin ardından Diamil, “soyma makinası
- çelik çubuk - sert metal katerler” sistemini geliştirmek üzere çalışılmış çok geniş bir kater yelpazesi sunan yeni bir katalog
kazandırmıştır. Oldukça esnek organizasyon ve sürekli gözlem altında tutulan piyasadan toplanan know-how, müşterilerimizin
taleplerini daha iyi anlamamıza vesile olmuştur. Diamil yeni sert metal kaliteleri ve şekilleri piyasaya sunarak sürekli ve hızlı bir

Tıraşlama uçları ve takımları
Diamil developed two different types of shaving inserts. Shaving steel wire from Dia. 4,5 mm
up to Dia. 15 mm straightfrom coil to coil, creates a long and though chip, difficult to break
and the same creates a lot of problems removing it from the cutting area. In order to easy up its removal Diamil has
developed a new insert with a special chip-breaker.
Both nserts can be supplied by us.
Diamil iki farklı tipte traşlama ucu geliştirmiştir. Kangaldan kangala 4,5 mm çaptan 15 mm’e kadar çelik çubukları soyarken uzun ve
sağlam bir talaş üretilir, hem kırılması zor hem de işleme bölgesinden çıkartması sorunlara neden olmaktadır. İşleme bölgesinden
kolayca çıkartılmasını sağlamak için Diamil, özel talaş kırıcılı, yeni bir kater geliştirmiştir.
Her iki kater de tarafımızca tedarik edilmektedir.

Kabuk soyma takımları
Diamil is currently producing different toolings for most known types of peeling machines such as: Landgraf,
Kieserling, Calow, Schumag, Bultman, Mair, etc. following the specific Customer’s requirements.
We design, manufacture and develop both single and tandem insert’stoolings, making sure that the three
main parameters (space available in the peeling head-insert type-machining) are currently held. We design
and manufacture the whole peeling head as well. The wide range of inserts we have allows us to find the best
solution for every machine and machining.
Diamil halihazırda piyasanın en bilinen kabuk soyma makinalarına, ki bunlar arasında Landgraf, Kieserling, Calow, Schumag, Bultman, Mair, vb sayılabilir, Müşterilerinin özel gereksinimlerini dikkate alarak farklı takımlar imal etmektedir. Üç ana
parametreyi (soyma kafasındaki mevcut boşluğu, uç tipi, işleme) daima göz önünde bulundurarak hem tekli hem de tandem
kater takımları tasarlayıp, üretmekte ve geliştirmekteyiz. Aynı zamanda komple soyma kafası da tasarlayıp imal etmekteyiz.
Sahip olduğumuz geniş uç yelpazesi bize her makina ve işleme şekline en uygun çözümü bulmamıza olanak tanımaktadır.

Allied to the service given to the peeling department Diamil is capable of supplying a wide range of
“chamfering products” like hard metal inserts and tips, tool holders and tightening bolts. Diamil also supplies
chamfering heads spare parts, like cartridge and adjusting screw. Under specific request our technical
department shall design the whole system for you.
Yüzey temizleme departmanınca verilen hizmetle birlikte, Diamil sert metal katerler ve uçlar, takım tutucular ve tespit
cıvataları gibi geniş yelpazeli “pah kırma ürünleri” sağlamaktadır. Diamil ayrıca pah kafası yedek parçaları da, örneğin kartuş
ve ayar vidası gibi, sunmaktadır. Özel istek üzerine teknik departmanımız sistemi komple sizin için tasarlayacaklardır.
