Hristiyan inancında kusursuz olmayan ancak adil ve erdemli bir kral, tüm dünyaca kabul görmüş iyi bir savaşçı ve asker, müzisyen ve şair olarak bilinmektedir. David, Musevilik, Hristiyanlık ve Islam doktrinleri ve kültüründe de kabul görmüş bir kişiliktir. İncil’de İsa’nın, David’in soyundan geldiğine inanılmakta, İslamiyette ise Peygamber olarak kabul edilmektedir. 2 Sibyl: Sibyllerin eski Yunan’da kehanet güçleri olan hikmetli kadınlar oldukları düşünülür. 3 Sabaoth: Kelime anlamı olarak “sahip, ev sahibi” anlamına gelen Sabaoth, metaforik olarak gökler, yer, melekler ve tüm evren anlamına gelmektedir.
