HOUSE RULES
1. On their arrival guests are required to give their voucher or booking confirmation and passports to the
receptionist for the purpose of registration at the state touristic office.
2. It is forbidden to bring into the room persons who are not checked in at the reception and who did not pay for
their (website hidden) case the receptionist finds out that such a person is in the hotel room, he will charge that
person or the guest who is staying at the room 150.00€ for illegal entering to private property and report such
person to the police.
3. Any noise and listening to loud music in the rooms and hallways is forbidden.
4. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises and in the restaurant.
5. It is forbidden to bring flammable objects into the room.
6. Taking the inventory out of the room is not allowed.
7. At check-in and check-out the guest and the receptionist inspect the room.
8. All broken inventory and damaged beddings as well as missing inventory will be charged right away in full.
9. We ask the guests to lock the room door on their way out due to safety.
10. In case of rain or wind, all windows and doors have to be closed immediately, otherwise the owner will enter the
room to prevent further damage.
11. On the day of the departure we kindly ask the guest to vacate the room by 10 a.m. Any stay beyond this time will
be charged for an extra day.
12. For any special requests the guests should ask the receptionist who will fulfill them if possible.
13. In case the guest should decide to end his stay prematurely he is obliged to pay his reservation in full.
14. The hotel rules apply to the hotel as well as its surroundings.
15. In case the guest should be in the breach of the hotel rules the owner shall charge him for the caused material
and intagible dammage.
16. When starting their stay, it is assumed that all guests are familiar with the house rules and that all guests agree
with all conditions and obligations.
