Nezaposlen sam. "I am a demobilized soldier. I am unemployed. My wife suffers from multiple sclerosis. We live in rented accommodation in very poor conditions. This project has enabled me to earn some money, to feed my family and buy medication for my wife. I worked on the hilling process, putting up wooden and concrete stanchions and other tasks. The profits I realised meant a lot to me, especially at that time because I was unable to feed my family. I cannot praise this project enough. I am grateful to have been met with understanding and that I was accepted as a person of Roma ethnicity. Thank you everyone who supported this project!" As soon as I found out that, through the project, workers were wanted for jobs related to raspberry farming, I immediately applied. Although I have never worked on similar jobs before, there were no problems because everything was explained well to us. I was included in tasks of setting up and tying the wire on the fence, hilling and planting raspberries. I worked for eight days in total and the earnings meant a lot to me.
