Adults over the age of 16 are welcome to
use all spa facilities. However, in times of
bad weather children under the age limit
can use only the pool area till 5:00 PM.
If you wish your young adult to have a
spa treatment, a waiver of liability permission needs to be signed prior to the
treatment.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required
to help us reschedule your appointment,
subject to availability. Any cancellation
with less than 24 hours notice will incur a
50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We kindly ask hotel guests to come to
the spa in the robe provided for them
in their room. Day and Residential guests will receive a robe upon arrival at the
spa reception. All guests will be provided
with slippers. Whilst using our saunas and
steam rooms guests must wear bathing
suits or be covered by sarongs or towels.
