ΣΑΞΙΔΙΩΣΙΚΕ΢ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕ΢
On arrival to the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, you can take the
X93 bus from the airport to KIFISSOS INTERCITY COACH
STATION (KTEL). The line runs regularly and takes approximately 6070 minutes to reach the coach station.

Alternatively, you may wish to hire a taxi which will 30 to 40 minutes to
reach the coach station (ask the taxi driver to take you to the KIFISSOS
KTEL). From February 1st 2011, a new fare for taxis is set as follows:

According to the Greek Legislation, taxi drivers should provide,
upon request, a receipt for the amount paid for transportation
services.
When you arrive at the Coach Station you will need to buy a ticket to
Sparti from the stand of LAKONIA (inside the Station premises). Note
that there are NO English announcements for departures in the coach
station.
The coach journey from Athens to Sparti takes approximately 3 hours.
