Dr. Miller was born and raised in Goleta, CA and attended local elementary and junior high schools, followed by Dos Pueblos High School. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Magne Cum Laude and then attended UC San Francisco School of Dentistry where he graduated as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He subsequently completed a general practice residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Hospital where he expanded his skills in all facets of dentistry, including implant placement and restoration, oral surgery and complex restorative treatments.
