Ein Rundkurs von mehr als 218 km, 10.000 Höhenmetern und zahllosen eingezeichneten Sidetrails mit bekannten oder noch zu entdeckenden Abschnitten;
und das alles mitten in einem Wunderwerk der Natur in einer der schönsten
Gegenden Italiens.
Mountain & Garda Bike: eine neue Möglichkeit für die immer wachsende Zahl
der Mountainbike-Fans, die an der Nordküste des Gardasees übernachten
und Spaß haben möchten. Das Gebiet reicht hinauf bis nach Trento und an
die Dolomiten und war schon immer das bevorzugte Ziel der Bikers aus ganz
Europa.
Eine durchgehende Route zwischen Felsen und glitzernden Wasserspiegel, ein
anspruchsvolles Auf und Ab und leichte Passagen bei der Entdeckungsreise
durch das Garda Trentino, Monte Bondone, Valle dei Laghi, Monte Baldo,
Tremalzo und Valle di Ledro.
Man kann alle Erlebnisse auf dem Bike völlig entspannt und sicher genießen,
dank der vielen dafür vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen: spezialisierte Hotels,

The largest lake in Italy, the colours and scents of the Mediterranean, constant
winds, natural infrastructure of the highest level, with over 900 km of hiking
and cycle trails, an incredible range in altitude from 60 to over 2,000 metres
above sea level. This is Garda Trentino, the northernmost part of the lake at
the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and Monte Baldo.

Valle di Ledro è sinonimo di vacanza outdoor. Numerosi percorsi MTB per
tutte le gambe; una fitta rete di sentieri escursionistici per raggiungere le cime
più belle e il programma di escursioni guidate “Settimane Natura”; torrenti e
forre dove fare canyoning e molto altro ancora.
Il tutto immerso nel verde dei boschi e delle montagne che circondano il blu
del Lago di Ledro.
Il Lago di Ledro, uno dei più puliti del Trentino, è il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi
e fare un bel bagno, oltre a poter praticare canoa e vela. Una delle 4 spiagge,
quella di Pur, è accessibile ai cani. Una vacanza completa, grazie all’ospitalità
delle strutture bike friendly, la buona cucina e i numerosi eventi.

Passo Trat, dem dichten Netz der Wanderwege und das geführte Wander

Start- und Landeplätzen für Gleitschirmflieger, den Klettergärten und vielem
mehr.
Das alles mitten in den grünen Wäldern und Bergen, die den blauen Lago di
Ledro, einer der saubersten Seen im Trentino, umgeben.
Nach all der Kurbelei lohnen sich ein Bad im Lago di Ledro und eine Ent
spannungspause an einem der vier Strände. Hier kann man auch Surfausrüstungen, Segelboote, Kanus und Tretboote ausleihen. Ein Teil des Strandes von
Pur ist für Hunde erlaubt.
Ein perfektes Urlaub, dank auch der Gastlichkeit der Bike Friendly Unterkünfte, die gute Küche und die verschiedenen Veranstaltungen.

Valle di Ledro is the outdoor holiday destination par excellence, thanks to the
number of MTB trails, among them Tremalzo and Passo Trat, the extensive
network of hiking trails and the guided hiking program “Settimane Natura”,
streams where you can go canyoning, take off and landing points for paragliding,
rock climbing areas, and much more.
All surrounded by green woods and the mountains that ring the blue of Lake
Ledro, one of the purest, most uncontaminated bodies of water in Trentino.
After all this sport, be sure to have a cool dip in Lake Ledro and relax on one of
the fully equipped beaches where you can also hire windsurf boards, sail boats
and pedalos. Part of Pur beach is even accessible to dogs.

Paradiso per biker, il Monte Baldo è un dedalo di itinerari a picco sul Garda.
Spettacolare il tour che raggiunge l’Altissimo, così come quelli in Val di Gresta,
a pochi km da Rovereto.
Sul Baldo, il “Giardino d’Europa”, i percorsi si snodano tra fiori rari e castagni
secolari, malghe, trincee e gallerie. Si pedala “vista lago” per scoprire ad ogni
curva panorami da favola.
In Val di Gresta, le vacanze in sella sono cullate dalla brezza del Garda e attraversano i terrazzamenti dove si coltivano ortaggi di qualità.
Der Monte Baldo, ein echtes Paradies für Bikers, ist ein Labyrinth von MTBPisten mit Blick auf den See. Spektakulär ist die Tour, die zum Altissimo führt,
und auch die Tour in Val di Gresta, wenige Km von Rovereto entfernt.
Auf dem Baldo, Garten Europas, laufen die MTB-Pisten durch einzigartige
Blumen, uralte Kastanienbäume, Almhütten, Schützengräben und Stollen.
Man fährt mit Blick auf den See und entdeckt bei jeder Kurve atemberaubende
Landschaften.
In Val di Gresta wird der Urlaub auf einem MTB von dem milden Wind des
Gardasees gewiegt. Die MTB-Pisten fahren durch die terrasierten Felder, wo
erstklassige Gemüsesorten angebaut werden.

Monte Baldo, a paradise for mountain bike riders, is a maze of trails overlooking the lake. Spectacular is the tour that leads to Monte Altissimo, just like the
tour in Val di Gresta, few kilometres from Rovereto.
On Monte Baldo, the garden of Europe, MTB trails go through rare flowers,
ancient chestnut trees, Alpine pastures, trenches and galleries. You can ride
with view on Lake Garda and discover by each curve an amazing panorama.
In Val di Gresta on a mountain bike are characterised by the breeze coming
from Lake Garda. The trails go through terraced fields where high-quality
vegetables are cultivated.

amanti delle due ruote. Trento, centrale rispetto alla rete di piste ciclabili del
Trentino, si pone come ideale base di partenza per facili itinerari lungo la
Valle dell’Adige ma è anche punto di inizio della mitica salita “Charly Gaul” del
Monte Bondone. I “grimpeurs” potranno mettersi alla prova su una di quelle
rampe entrate nella leggenda del ciclismo e rivivere le stesse fatiche degli
assi del pedale. Suggestivo è anche il versante sud che da Aldeno conduce
alla piana delle Viote passando per Garniga Terme, rinomata per i suoi bagni
nell’erba. La Valle dei Laghi offre infine l’ambiente ideale per pedalare tra
sentieri ricchi di laghetti alpini e castelli medievali assaporando aromi di vini
speciali come il Nosiola Trentino e il Vino Santo Trentino DOC e grappe tra le
più prestigiose del mondo. Molte le manifestazioni legate alle due ruote tra
cui le tappe della Bike Transalp e La Leggendaria Charly Gaul Trento Monte

of cycling and today the attraction of experiencing the same feats performed
by great champions still lives on, and so Monte Bondone challenges you. Less
known but very impressive is the other site of Monte Bondone from Aldeno to

ideal environment for cycling in a landscape immersed in the peacefulness
