* Come disposto dall'allegato 15 del CCNL 19.04.2010, dal 1° Genaio 2011 gli importi dell'elemento economico territoriale in vigore
al 31 Dicembre 2010 sono conglobati a tutti gli effetti nell'indennità
nell indennità territoriale di settore (per gli operai) e nel premio di produzione (per
gli impiegati).
L'Indennità sostitutiva di mensa dal 1° gennaio 2012 è pari a € 0,62 l'ora o 5 euro giornaliero (accordo Quadro
Regionale 21 marzo 2012)
L'imponibile GNF e Contributivo Cassa Edile si ottiene con paga base + indennità territoriale + indennità contingenza + EDR +
l'incidenza delle festività pagate di cui all'art. 20 del CCNL 23 Luglio 2008 escludendo il 4 Novembre in quanto non soggetto ad
accantonamenti e contributi Cassa Edile pertanto non valido ai fini assistenziali, questa festività non va indicata nella denuncia salari.
L'EVR non ha incidenza sui singoli istituti retributivi previsti dal CCNL compreso il TFR (Accordo CCNL del 19.04.2010
