Company Profile
The Falck Renewables Group is one of the Europes (focusing on Italy, the
UK, France and Spain) leading producers of renewable and green energy
in terms of installed capacity (MW).The business is focused on energy
production from wind, waste, biomass and solar sources. The group has a
significant experience in all the key aspects of the renewables business,
extensive know how in operation and management of owned and third
parties plants.In particular the strategy is focused on:- co-investments with
strategic partners in the renewables sector with emphasis on
programmable sources,- planning, management and improvement of the
plant performance through the development and implementation of
innovative solutions,- development of a service division for third parties
assets, mainly thanks to the acquisition of the Spanish company Vector
Cuatro.Note: Since September, 2005, the financial reports of the Company
are in compliance with IAS/IFRS Standards.
