particularly those producers who share our enthusiasm for exceptional representations of some of the
relatively obscure or underappreciated varietals of Italy and, especially, Southern Italy.
The majority of our selections are informed by a desire to choose elegant, well-balanced wines
that complement Chef Aldo Vitale’s culinary philosophy and delicately-balanced style of cuisine.
All of our bottles are stored in below-ground, redwood cellars that are temperature and humidity
controlled; we serve wines in only the finest Italian-made crystal stemware, made by Luigi Bormioli.
To assist you in your selection, we have listed noteworthy scores and ratings where applicable—
