TCB medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers for indoor installation are
“sealed for life” pressure systems (IEC 62271-100 and CEI 71-1 Standards)
and they are constructed using the separate pole technique. Each pole
contains a vacuum interrupter which is incorporated in the resin. This
construction technique ensures protection of the vacuum interrupter against
impact, dust and condensation phenomena and guarantees the lightning
impulse withstand also on the external surface of the vacuum interrupter.
ACO is an automatic change over system
for automatic control and management
of sources in the secondary distribution
network to ensure maximum service
continuity, e.g. in case the voltage
disappears on the line in service the ACO
switches to the reserve line.

I nostri interruttori in vuoto della serie TCB sono sistemi a pressione sigillata
e garantita (Norme IEC 62271-100 e CEI 17/1) realizzati a poli separati
ciascuno dei quali contiene una ampolla sotto vuoto che, grazie ad un
particolare processo produttivo, viene inglobata in resina. Ciò garantisce
la protezione dell’elemento principale dell’interruttore da urti, fenomeni
di condensazione, accumulo di polvere ed assicura la tenuta all’impulso
atmosferico sulla superficie esterna dell’ampolla.

Switch Disconnector
The switch disconnector is made up of an insulating enclosure fixed to the metal
structure of the unit. The enclosure filled with SF6 contains the three rotating
contacts which carry out the switching operations.

Construction Characteristics
TPR6 is a completely “sealed for life” system with a stainless steel tank(1) containing all live
parts and switching devices. A hermetically sealed steel tank from the outside environment
ensures a high level of reliability as well as personal safety. The structure can withstand the
electrodynamics stresses during the operation.
The operating mechanism(2), movable mimic(3) and voltage signaling lamps(4) are positioned in
the front panel (7). Switches are operated by means of spring-operated mechanisms.
Movable mimic gives the position of the switch whereas the voltage signaling lamp indicates
the voltages. Fuses(6) and cable compartment(8) are easily accessible through the front door(5)
which is interlocked with the earth switch.
Caratteristiche costruttive
Il quadro è formato da un contenitore in
acciaio inossidabile sigillato(1) contenente il
gas SF6 e tutte le parti attive e gli organi di
manovra. La struttura nell’insieme è in grado
di resistere alle sollecitazioni elettrodinamiche
cui è sottoposta durante l’esercizio.
Sul fronte(7) è posizionato l’insieme degli
organi di comando(2) e segnalazione. Un
sinottico animato(3) permette di stabilire in
maniera univoca la posizione del sezionatore,
mentre un visualizzatore a tre lampade(4)
indica la presenza o meno di tensione. Sempre
sul fronte si trova la porta(5) di accesso al vano
cavi(8) ed ai fusibili(6) che è interbloccata con il
sezionatore di terra.

TPR6 Plus is a maintenance-free, factory-assembled and type-tested medium-voltage switchgear. It is three-pole metalenclosed and SF6-insulated. Vacuum circuit-breaker, switch-disconnector and disconnector modules are available.
The core of the switchgear consists of hermetically welded containers made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel,
accommodating the primary devices (circuit-breaker and three-position switch). The switchgear is sealed for life. The
switchgear modules are interconnected by solid-insulated busbars outside the gas compartments.
Gas work is not required, neither for installation at site nor for extension of the switchgear.
The operating mechanisms of the vacuum circuit-breaker, three-position switch-disconnector and three-position
disconnector are located outside the gas compartment and are therefore accessible at any time.
Current and voltage transformers are usually located outside the gas compartment.
Cables are connected from the front. They are arranged at one level side-by-side and at a user-friendly mounting
height.
Il TPR6 Plus è un quadro di media tensione,
tripolare, isolato in SF6, testato secondo
le prove di tipo e che non necessita di
manutenzione. Disponibile come unità
interruttore, interruttore di manovra
sezionatore e sezionatore a d’isolamento
(disconnettere).
Il nucleo del quadro è sigillato a vita
ed è costituito da una tanica di acciaio
inossidabile
saldato
ermeticamente
ospitante gli apparati nobili: interruttore
e sezionatore a tre posizioni. Le varie
unità del quadro sono connesse tramite
condotti sbarre esterni al compartimento
in gas cosicché non è necessario effettuare
alcun lavoro in ambiente gassoso ne per
l’installazione in loco ne per l’estensione
del quadro stesso.

del sezionatore d’isolamento sono esterni
al compartimento in gas e sono per cui
accessibili in ogni momento; allo stesso
modo i TA e i TV sono usualmente esterni

connessi dal fronte e ad un unico livello
per un montaggio facilitato.

PLS switch disconnector can be remote controlled or
operated manually in two different ways. In the first
solution PLS is operated by means of a hand grip directly
from the ground with the help of small ladders. In the
second solution PLS is operated by means of an insulated
hook stick pulled.

PLS is an SF6-insulated pole mounted switch disconnector
designed for overhead line installations up to 40.5kV
630A/1250A.
This outdoor switch disconnector is suitable for both remote
control and manual operation with excellent load breaking
and fault making capacity.
The tank fulfills the requirement of “sealed pressure
system” meaning that there is no need to add gas during
its expected lifetime.
The moving contact rotation with double swiching guarantee
high dielectric strength during normal operation.
The stainless steel tank is particularly suitable for providing
protection against the extremes of heat, snow, corrosion,
moisture and salt in the most demanding climatic conditions.
PLS is easy to install due to its reduced dimensions and
weight and it is almost maintenance free.

progettati per l’installazione all’esterno, su palo.
Isolati in SF6 e completamente sigillati, sono indicati per
il sezionamento di linee elettriche aeree fino a 40.5KV
Realizzati con corrente nominale di 630A / 1250A , comando
manuale meccanico a passaggio di punto morto, azionabile
in loco, o con comando a motore manovrabile a distanza.
Concepito con contatto mobile rotante a doppio
sezionamento, garantisce l’affidabilità della tenuta
dielettrica .
L’involucro in acciaio inossidabile resistente alla corrosione
ed agli agenti atmosferici è adatto per essere installato
anche in situazioni difficili quali la presenza di atmosfera
salina o corrosiva, ghiaccio, neve o sabbia ecc.
Insensibile a sbalzi di temperatura notevoli ed alla
formazione di condenza.
Assenza di manutenzione e ridotta usura delle parti attive
grazie all’isolamento in gas SF6.
Apparecchio maneggevole e di facile installazione, grazie
alla sua dimensione compatta e peso non eccessivo.
