Le regate saranno organizzate dallo Yacht Club Italiano.
The regatta will be organized by Yacht Club Italiano.
La regata sarà disciplinata dalle regole come definite nel
Regolamento di Regata 2013-2016. Saranno in vigore le
prescrizioni dell’autorità nazionale FIV.
Se vi è conflitto tra le lingue, prevarrà il testo Italiano.
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing
Rules of Sailing (RRS 2013-2016). The prescriptions of the
National Authority (FIV) will apply.
If there is a conflict between languages, the Italian text will take
precedence.
La pubblicità è ammessa secondo le Regole di Classe.
La Regola 20 ISAF verrà applicata.
L’Organizzazione fornirà degli adesivi e delle bandiere, riportanti
il logo dello sponsor. Le bandiere andranno issate sia in regata (la
piccola) sia in porto (la grande).
La regata è aperta a tutte le imbarcazioni delle classi:
5.5 S.I. – Soling – Star – Flying Dutchman.
Le barche eleggibili si devono iscrivere unicamente in forma
online nel sito www.yci.it entro le ore 18.00 del giorno 3
Marzo 2014, unitamente alla quota di iscrizione.
Le iscrizioni effettuate in ritardo (pervenute oltre la data
sopraindicata) saranno eventualmente accettate a insindacabile
giudizio del Comitato Organizzatore ma con un supplemento
del 50% sulla tassa di iscrizione, e comunque non oltre il 10
Marzo 2014.
Tutte le iscrizioni non accompagnate dalla relativa quota
d’iscrizione, non s’intenderanno accettate.
Advertising will be according to Class Rules.
ISAF Regulation 20 will apply.
Boats shall display stickers and flags with the sponsor logo
supplied by the Organizing Authority. Flags shall be flying during
the race (small flag) and in the harbour (large flag).
The regatta is open to all boats of the following classes: 5.5 S.I. Soling - Star - Flying Dutchman.
Eligible boats must register only on line at www.yci.it by 6
pm of March 3rd 2014, together with the required entry fee.
Late entries (arrived after the due date) in any event not later
than March 10th 2014, if accepted by the Organizing Committee
will have a 50% surcharge.
All entries without the entry fee will not be accepted.

7. STAZZE
7. MEASUREMENTS
Ogni barca dovrà essere in possesso di un valido certificato di
stazza.
Ad insindacabile giudizio del Comitato di Regata potranno essere
eseguiti controlli a bordo prima e dopo ogni regata.
8. ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA
Le Istruzioni di Regata saranno a disposizione dei concorrenti

Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate.
Committee holds the right to conduct inspections at its discretion
on board boats before and after each race.

Le barche saranno ospitate da Giovedì 13 Marzo a Lunedì 17
Marzo 2014, agli ormeggi messi a disposizione
dall’organizzazione nel Porticciolo Duca degli Abruzzi.
Berthing is provided by the Organisation from Thursday March
13th to Monday March 17th 2014 in the Porticciolo Duca degli
Abruzzi (Yacht Club Italiano).

Specchio acqueo Lido di Albaro.
Waters in front of Lido di Albaro.
Verrà usato il Sistema del Punteggio Minimo previsto dalla
Appendice A.
Qualora dovessero essere completate meno di 4 prove, il
punteggio della serie di regate di una barca sarà la somma dei suoi
punteggi. Con 4 o 5 prove ci sarà uno scarto.
Premi al primo, secondo e terzo classificato di ogni Classe.
13. PREMIAZIONE
La premiazione avrà luogo il giorno 16 Marzo, appena possibile al
termine dell’ultima prova in programma.
The Low Point scoring system of Appendix A will apply.
When fewer than 4 races have been completed, a boat’s series
score will be the total of her race scores.
With 4 or 5 races, 1 discard.
Prizes to 1st, 2nd and 3rd scored in each Class.
13. PRIZE-GIVING
Prize-giving will take place March 16th, as soon as possible after
the end of the last race scheduled.

Il programma completo delle manifestazioni collaterali sarà
comunicato ai concorrenti tramite affissione dello stesso all’albo
ufficiale per i comunicati.
Competitors will be informed about social events by a notice
posted on the official notice board.
15. SCARICO DI RESPONSABILITA’

I concorrenti prendono parte alla regata a loro rischio e pericolo.
Vedi la regola 4 “Decisione di partecipare alla regata” del RR
ISAF 2013-2016. L’autorità organizzatrice non si assume alcuna
responsabilità per danni materiali alle cose o infortuni alle
persone o in caso di morte subiti in conseguenza con la regata o
prima, durante o dopo.
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk.
See rule 4 “Decision to Race” of RR ISAF 2013-2016. The
organizing authority will not accept any liability for material
damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with
or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
16. ASSICURAZIONE
16. INSURANCE
Ogni barca concorrente dovrà essere coperta da una valida
assicurazione per la responsabilità verso terzi, con una copertura
minima di Euro 1.000.000,00 o equivalente.
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party
liability insurance with a minimum cover of Euro 1.000.000,00
per event or equivalent.
