MISSION
Venice Interventional Cardiology (VIC) is the first edition of
a meeting organized to bring together the knowledges of
best Italian, European and International Experts in the field
of Endovascular treatment and to focus on all the emergent
interventional techniques and the new promising devices.
This year VIC will be focused on Heart and Brain Endovascular
Therapy, with the intention to share with Interventional
Cardiologist and Neurologists the know how that changed
the way to treat medical conditions once requiring invasive
surgery in a multidisciplinary point of view.

HOW TO REACH
2014
HOW TO REACH THE CONGRESS VENUE
Palazzo Franchetti is a palace in Venice conveniently located in San
Marco, very close to the Accademia bridge.
From Piazzale Roma the venue is easily reachable by foot or with
a steamboat. From ACTV bridge depart line n.1 and 2. Both lines
go along the Canal Grande, line n.2 is slightly faster because avoids
intermediate stops. The destination stop for Veneto institute is “Accademia”.
Line n.1 (intermediate stops: Ferrovia, Riva di Biasio - S. Marcuola S. Stae - Ca’ D’Oro - Rialto - S. Silvestro - S. Angelo - S. Tomà - Ca’
Rezzonico).
The itinerary takes ca. 30 minutes. Once at the “Accademia” stop
walk on the left on the bridge of the same name to cross over Canal
Grande, the garden in front of you is the one in Palazzo Franchetti.
