WEEE 2012/19/EU ( art. 14, 15, Annex IX) requires that
both manufacturers/importers (see Producers) and distributors of EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment),
incl. PV modules, provide adequate information about
applicable waste management procedures to encourage and facilitate re-use, treatment and recovery, and
to minimize potential negative effects on the environment and human health:
Information to B2B purchasers:
• At the time of sales, display cost for environmental sound collection, treatment and disposal
Information to treatment facilities:
• Information about EEE components and mate rials used in the product
• Information about location and mixtures of
hazardous substances used in the product
For manufacturers/importers to become compliant,
the following information hence needs to be provided:

PV CYCLE Update - AEEA Special
Richtlijnen: Naleving van informatieverplichtingen in verband met AEEA
AEEA-Richtlijn 2012/19/EU (art.14, 15, Bijlage IX) stelt
dat zowel invoerder / fabrikant (zie Producenten) als
distributeurs van EEA (Elektrische en Elektronische
Apparatuur), waaronder fotovoltaïsche zonnepanelen,
voldoende informatie moeten verstrekken over de van
toepassing zijnde procedures inzake het afvalbeheer
van deze producten.
Informatie voor zakelijke kopers:
• Op het moment van verkoop, de kosten van milieuvriendelijke inzameling, verwerking en verwijdering ten
aanzien van de kopers aantonen
Informatie voor verwerkingsinstallaties:
• Informatie over de verschillende onderdelen en
materialen van het EEA
• Informatie over de plaatsen in de apparatuur waar
zich gevaarlijke stoffen en mengsels bevinden
Op het product en de verpakking
• Doorgekruiste kliko: gedrukte versie, afmetingen,
instructies, Door PV CYCLE aanbevolen label
• Keuze uit logo of merk of bedrijfsnummer in het
AEEA-register of ondernemingsnummer (KvK) of
gelijkwaardig.

Invoerder / fabrikant zijn verplicht om de volgende

• De voor hen beschikbare inleverings- en
inzamelingssystemen, waarbij zij de coördinatie bevorderen van informatie over de beschikbare inzamelpunten, ongeacht de Producenten of andere marktdeelnemers die deze hebben opgezet
• Hun rol in de bevordering van hergebruik, recycling
en andere nuttige toepassingen van AEEA
• De mogelijke gevolgen voor het milieu en de volksgezondheid van de aanwezigheid van gevaarlijke
bestanddelen in EEA
• De betekenis van het symbool met de
doorgekruiste kliko
• Identificatie van de Producent
• De datum waarop het product op de markt werd
gebracht (na februari 2014)

Anleitung zur Umseztung der WEEE-Informationsvorschriften
Laut WEEE 2012/19/EU (Art.14, 15, Anhang IX) müssen
sowohl die Hersteller/Importeure (siehe Produzenten)

Beseitigung ausweisen.
Informationen für Entsorgungsanlagen:
• Angaben über verwendete Bauteile und Werkstoffe.
• Informationen darüber, an welcher Stelle sich in
den Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten gefährliche Stoffe
und Gemische befinden

Hersteller/Importeure
Damit Hersteller/Importeure gesetzeskonform handeln, müssen folgende Angaben gemacht werden:

nicht als unsortierten Haushaltsabfall zu beseitigen
und diese Altgeräte getrennt zu sammeln.

Sammelsysteme, unabhängig davon, welche Hersteller
oder sonstige Beteiligte sie eingerichtet haben
• Ihr Beitrag zur Wiederverwendung, zum Recycling
und zu anderen Formen der Verwertung von EEA.
• Die potenziellen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und
menschliche Gesundheit, die durch das Vorhandensein
von gefährlichen Stoffen in EEA bedingt sind.
• Die Bedeutung des Symbols “durchgestrichene
Mülltonne”
• Produzentenidentifizierung
• Markteinführungsdatum des Produkts (>02/ 2014)
Umsetzung von Artikel 14, 15 und Anhang IX
Damit Vertriebshändler gesetzeskonform handeln,

La Direttiva RAEE 2012/19/UE (artt. 14, 15, Allegato
IX) impone sia ai fabbricanti/importatori (vedere
Produttori) sia ai distributori di RAEE (apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche), inclusi i moduli fotovoltaici,
di fornire informazioni adeguate sulle procedure di gestione dei rifiuti applicabili per incoraggiare e facilitare
il riutilizzo, il trattamento e il recupero, e per ridurre al
minimo i potenziali effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla

Conformément à la directive DEEE 2012/19/EU ( art.
