When the centre opens to the public at 09.00 AM, the space must be completely set up no later than 08.30 AM. Regarding this, there will be access to the Mall through discharges goods admissions situated on no.10 and no.11 in underground car parks. All preparation operations should always be agreed in advance with the control room of the mall (095/749.32.44 available round the clock). The exhibitors will strictly respect the dimensions agreed with the management of the shopping centre. Speaking of which, we invite you to see the attached layout. The areas will not have to be set up with structures that can hinder the visibility to the shops of the mall. In particular, are strictly forbidden equipment with panelling or other non-transparent structures with height greater than 150 cm from the ground. The electrical wires that eventually connect the areas to electrical wells (if there are any) must be covered by special ducts to prevent slipping. THE BUSINESS TAKES SHAPE AREA’S EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS The dismantling operations cannot be performed during the opening hours to the public of the shopping centre. The last day within the centre, dismantling operations will begin at the closure of the shopping centre to the public and last up to 1 hour later, except to continue the next day from 06.30 AM to 09.00 AM.
