PRESS RELEASE The Merger of ALMECO Group and ALANOD Group has not been formalized In the last Press Release of June 2014 the ALMECO Group and ALANOD Group announced their intention to merge the activities of their respective companies. In the meantime long and detailed discussions concerning the development and long-term orientation of the new industrial group under creation took place. The deadline agreed for the date of the Closing was expected by the end of August 2014 but today the Shareholders of both Groups have decided, by mutual agreement, to terminate the negotiations. With regard to details both companies have agreed to observe secrecy.
