Additional Information
My wife and I sustainably manage our wine estate close to Matera, ancient village in the very south of Italy and 10
miles away from the Jonian sea. Tenuta Parco dei Monaci (Monks Park) is an ancient estate on the Murgia plateau,
where the only lands that can be plowed are small terraces on naked limestone. For here, in the 18th century, the
Basilian Monks had held their own vineyards. Today, thanks to a modern cellar built in 2007 directly on the estate,
we produce all our wines from on-site, hand-harvested grapes. Production is strictly limited to ensure the highest
quality.
With patience and time, we produce small lots of superb wines. Every bottle hides colours and perfumes almost
forgotten.

Additional Information
We are a couple sharing our life between Montalcino and San Gimignano. Laura's Winery is located in San
Gimignano, in the heart of Tuscan countryside. This historic borgo can trace its history back many centuries in a part
of Italy where time has passed but has not changed the charme and tradition of this small shire. We can host up to
25 guest at a time in a lovely, little apartments set in the middle of this working farm. For our guest we host tastings
in a warm and friendly family setting. This is a working farm where we encourage to learn about and partecipate in as
many aspects as possible of the growth, harvest production of both wines and olive oil.
Fabio's winery, la Fornace, is located in Montalcino.La Fornace is a small family run estate whose origins are
mingled with peasant farming history. La Fornace is situated in the heart of Montalcino hill, the estate altitude is 400
m above sea-level. At the beginning of 20th century Montalcino countryside was cultivated with vineyards and olive
groves, and already the parents of my grandparents worked in La Fornace as sharecroppers.
Since 1964 my grandparents purchased this small estate of 2,5 hectares. Now the extent of the estate is almost 8
hectares. To the beginning, as the greatest part of small estates, the production was based on the table wine to sell
loose. In 1998 my parents have left to me the management of the estate, but all the family help me in this work, so
the wine production, from the farming of the vines and careful selection by hand of the grapes to the vinification, the
ageing and refining, through to the selling of the wine is carried out by my and my family. The vocation for cultivating
the vines has long-lived tradition that has never been interrupted.

Additional Information:
The vineyards: for over three generations, the wise experience handed down from Grandfather Francesco and Dad
Angel, our company produces grapes from vineyards owned in the heart of Salento. The company is located in the
province of Taranto, in the municipality of Torricella, typical area of Primitivo di Manduria, about 3 km from the Ionian
Sea, in contrada "Cameli" and "Janni", from which the name of our best wines derives.
The company has a total area of approximately 22 hectares of vines, and produces only Primitivo di Manduria. The
vineyards, planted mostly with "Apulian sapling", growing on average clay soils and soils of "terra rossa", enjoying the
sun as well as gentle and breezy winds; those factors alone, already favor the production of top-quality grapes and
shades.
Aided by this favourable terrain and climate i and my brothers Francesco and Valentino, take care personally of the
cultivation of the vineyards that is executed with modern techniques, but with the utmost attention to ecological and
biological balance, and with great respect for the environment and for the plants.
The work in the vineyard is meticulous: after the careful pruning phase, in good time, we proceed to a thinning out of
bunches and to their exposure to the Sun to have a selected daily production 50-60 quintals per hectare.
The harvest is done by hand, with attention and delicacy, and with a meticulous selection of the best grapes.

winemaker. Thanks to his vast knowledge of winemaking we can produce our own wine using selected wineries
facilities. These wines are unique in their blends and exclusive to Invinovini. Not having heavy overhead, we can
offer high quality wines, with competitive advantage at convenient price. Selection: To offer wines of quality, our
selection activity starts from a careful investigation of wineries and their capability to hold quality production with high
standard. Wineries partnering with us are by definition only family owned and of small production. Since we manage
the export activities, they can focus exclusively on the quality of their wines. Branding: Invinovini owns and markets
brands such as Almadi , a selection of well known wines produced for us by old family owned wineries with long
tradition and high level of quality. Facilitator: With the objective to be a reliable point of contact for importers
worldwide and by pursuing the above activities, Invinovini helps to source wines from Italy conveniently, solving all
the issues related to winery dealing, warehousing, bottling, and point of pickup. Economy: our daily activity of
selection, wineries dealing and wine warehousing in one location, reduces wine importer cost: one vendor only, one
point of pick up for many wines along with the benefits of our purchasing power.

Additional Information
Founded in 1884, Cantina Scacciadiavoli, “cast out the devils”, takes its name from a 19th century exorcist who lived
in the small village bordering the vineyard. He was known to use the wines while performing his exorcist ritual of
ridding poor souls of demons. Scacciadiavoli is the resulting dream of the Prince of Piombino, Ugo BoncompagniLudovisi. In 1884, the estate was built as a complex and modern wine “factory”. Today, the Pambuffetti family owns
Scacciadiavoli. The estate is made up of 130 hectares, 35 of which make up the vineyards with an annual production
of approximately 250,000 bottles. The vines cover a hill in the heart of the “Montefalco” appellation divided between
the three provinces of Gualdo Cattaneo, Giano dell’Umbria and Montefalco. Scacciadiavoli is one of the most ancient
estate in Montefalco. The name, that means “ Devil Banisher”, derives from a small village, that arises in proximity of
the estate, where lived an exorcist in the 17th century. Built in the second half of the 19th century the winery has
been recently remodeled with modern mechanisms and practices. In the second half of 20th century , Amilcare
Pambuffetti, the grandfather of the actual owners, acquired it. The estate is 130 ha of which 35 ha is vineyard. The
actual production is about 250000 bottles. The ground composition is schist clay: the vineyards exposure is EastSoutheast and the middle altitude is 400 meters. The reconversation and the development of the wine growing
surface is completed with the realization of vineyards with 5000 getters/ha . The wine produced by Scacciadiavoli are
the ones typical of the Montefalco area: Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG dry and sweet, Montefalco Rosso DOC e
Grechetto dell’Umbria IGT. During the last few years Scacciadiavoli presented a recent addition to their portfolio :the
“ Spumante Brut Classic Method” made from Sagrantino grapes.

Additional Information:

Additional Information
The family farm, Rivetti Massimo, is situated in Neive, in Piedmont; its vineyards stretch on the sunny hills of the
Lower Langa. The twenty hectares fully intended for the vine cultivation are divided into three different farmsteads:
FROI, GARASSINO and LA PALAZZINA. From five generation we make grapes and wines in the maximum respect
for enviroment. Vines are our passion, in fact we work every day in the vineyards, trying to obtain the best fruits that
nature can give us. The most beautiful thing is be able to convey all of these emotions to people who taste our wines.
These choices allow us to protect our health, yours but especially the vine’s health. We makes high quality wine by
starting in the vineyard with meticulous attention paid to every step in the process with respect for the environment,
from mechanical mowing rather than using herbicides, organic fertilizers, to being the first winery in the area to
control pests with the use of natural pheromones (sexual confusion) and finally the careful selection of high quality
fruit by hand harvesting every bunch of grapes. And two years ago we have made the important decision to became
a certified organic winery. Low yields per hectare, favored by significant thinning “green harvest” and advanced
cultivation techniques allow us to obtain high quality grapes..

Additional Information
The family business has been in existence for almost two hundred years. It is situated in Canelli (Piedmont-North
West Italy), between Langhe and Monferrato area, the core zone of the Unesco Heritage.
We have all our own vineyards and we take care of them without use any chemicals.
The vineyards closest to Canelli are the most suited to the cultivation of white grapes including the famous Moscato
vines, while the land in the Nizza Barbera area guarantee the ideal habitat for black grapes vines.
It was grandfather Aurelio with his wife Liggia who started producing and selling quality wines. Now is managing the
farmer their son Beppe with his the wife Maria and their sons Daniele (Oenologist) and Annalisa.

Additional Information
Villa Mangiacane is an unique estate steeped in history and tradition - Villa Mangiacane was built five centuries ago
by the Machiavelli family, and seems that Michelangelo was involved in the design project of the main villa.
The whole estate has been completely restored in 2001 by the new South African owner and the two main
buildings have been transformed into a Luxury Country Resort. The land around the buildings form the ancient
Fattoria Mangiacane and is located between San Casciano Val di Pesa and Greve in Chianti.
The whole estate which is located in the Chianti Classico area, spans 306 hectares which comprises of 43 hectares
of vineyards, 20 hectares of olive groves, 17 hectares being prepared for new vineyards and the remaining land is
covered by wonderful lush forest. A new winery was built in 2005 and all the vinification is done utilising the latest
state of the art equipment. For the aging of our red wines we use French oak barriques and French oak 3,5 ton
barrels .From the first vintage released, our wines have received various awards and excellent scores.
For example our Chianti Classico Riserva 2009 has been scored 95/100 from Decanter, thus classifying as
OUTSTANDING, the only one on 88 different Riserva. Our Chianti Classico 2010 obtained the Silver Medal by the
International Wine & Spirit Competition, whilst our Super Tuscan Aleah with the vintages 2004 and 2005 has been
scored 90 and 92 on wine spectator. Please, find attached a useful presentation of the company and our catalog to
better understand its qualities and potentialities.
