2014 年もあとわずかとなりました。この号では新しいアプリケーションのご紹介や、来年開催されるトレーニングセッションのご案内をして
います。
2015 年の PLM 戦略やグローバルの PLM 導入を次のレベルに導くためのお役に立てば幸いです。
SAVE THE DATE: ACE 2015
2015 年 4 月 21-23 日、デトロイトのルネッサンス・センターにて ACE 2015 が開
催されます。
ACE 2015 では、業界をリードする企業によるプレゼンテーションや、たくさんの革新的な
新しいアプリケーションのご紹介、世界各国からの Aras ユーザーやパートナー、チームメン
バーとのネットワーキングなどが行われます。
プレゼンテーションのトピックは、PLM 戦略やシステムエンジニアリングのベストプラクティス、従来の PLM システムから Aras への移行方
法、プロセスの自動化のテクニック、実装の考え方など多岐にわたります。
過去に ACE にご参加いただいた方の一番の参加理由は、他の企業が Aras でどのようなことをやっているのかを知るためでした。今年

ACE 2014 Europe: PLM 関係者が集結
ACE 2014 Europe には、ヨーロッパ各国から多くの Aras PLM 関係者が集まりました。Aras ユーザー、業界のリーダー、パートナ
ー、グローバル Aras チームのメンバーは、情報の交換やベストプラクティスの共有、今後についての議論などを行いました。
GETRAG、エアバス、インペリアルタバコグループ、Kinnerton Confectionery をはじめとする製
造業のユーザー企業の方々には、Aras とともに取り組んだ経験や、Aras を選択した理由、導入
計画、Aras 導入がもたらしたメリットなどを共有いただきました。
Aras の CEO、Peter Schroer はレジリエントな PLM の重要性についてのパワフルなプレゼンテ
ーションを行い、システムのアップグレードができること、カスタマイズしたものを失わないこと、データを
失わないことを確実にするにはどうすべきかを説明しました。また、Professor Martin Eigner が
PLM での Industry 4.0 の影響と製造企業のための戦略について説明しました。

FEATURED APPLICATION: Aras Component Engineering
Aras Component Engineering (CE) アプリケーションは、IHS CAPS Universe データベースに収載されている 1 億点以上の
市販の電子部品データを Aras Innovator に埋め込んだ、パワフルな追加アプリケーションです。Aras CE によって、自社製品の設
計、調達、保守に必要なすべての情報を提供して、エンジニアリングと調達業務の遂行を支援します。
注目の機能: 赤／黄／緑の色を用いたダッシュボードインジケーター
Aras Component Engineering は、赤／黄／緑を用いたインジケーター
で、どの部品が承認済みでどの部品が使用中かをすばやく知ることができます。
Aras CE ダッシュボードインジケーター:

どの部品が推奨／承認済みのサプライヤーからなのか、どの部品がペン
ディング中／レビュー中なのか、廃止／インアクティブ／使用不可なの
かを一目でユーザーにお知らせ

使用中の部品を検索結果の一番上に表示し、効率と購買力向上の
ための部品の再利用を促進

利用できなくなっている部品の選択を避け、廃止された部品を抑制することが可能

TECH TIP: Configuration Explorer and Inspector 10
データベースからのダイアグラムコンフィグレーション
ここではバージョン管理が Aras Innovator でどのように動作するかを理解するためのいくつかのツールをご紹介します。
Configuration Explorer は、リレーションシップのふるまいとライフサイクルのふるまいの効果を示し、データベース内のデータから
'before and after diagram'を引き出します。これは、シミュレーションではありません。Aras Innovator が何をおこなったかを正確
に確認することができます。Configuration Inspector は Aras Innovator のどのリレーションシップタイプでも、データベース内のデー
タから同様のダイアグラムを引き出します。 Explorer が実際に動いているところをご覧ください。
Note: Configuration Explorer は学習ツールですので、期待するものとは異なる結果が出ることがあります。Inspector は、ソース
および関連バージョン管理項目のすべての構成のために選択したタイプのすべての関係を示す診断ツールです。
