Rapport concernant la
vérification des pouvoirs
Liste des délégations
Contexte
1.
Le Secrétariat a examiné les pouvoirs présentés par les Membres énumérés à
l’Annexe I ci-jointe ; il a informé le Président du Conseil de ce que ces pouvoirs étaient en
bonne et due forme. Le Président du Conseil a recommandé l’adoption de ces pouvoirs.
2.
La liste des délégations, fondée sur les pouvoirs reçus des Membres, dont le
Président a recommandé l’adoption par le Conseil, fait l’objet de l’Annexe II et contient aussi
une liste des pays non Membres, des organisations internationales et des associations du
secteur privé assistant au Conseil en qualité d’observateurs. Il contient également une liste
des observateurs invités par le Directeur exécutif à assister aux sessions du Conseil.
Mesures à prendre
Le Conseil est invité à approuver ce rapport.
