1. CONDITIONS DE SEJOUR, HEBERGEMENT,
L’hébergement, le transport international et la
nutrition seront à la charge de chaque Délégation sauf
en cas d’une décision de la part de l’Autorité Militaire
Zambienne. La Délégation Zambienne ne prendra à
sa charge que le transport à Lusaka.
Des chambres ont été sollicitées dans des hôtels 5, 4, 3 Etoiles à Lusaka. Les prix ci-dessus étant
purement indicatifs pour l’Hôtel 5 étoiles.

1. CONDITIONS OF STAY, BOARD AND
LODGING
International transport, lodging, and meals are at
the charge of each Delegation except otherwise
decided by the Zambian Military Authorities.
However the Zambian Delegation will take
care of local transport in and around Lusaka.
Rooms have been earmarked in 5 -Stars
Hotel in Lusaka to accommodate Delegates and
Guests. The following being purely indicative
for a 5 Stars Hotel.

Tous les participants doivent s’assurer que leurs
documents de voyage sont en règle pour leur entrée
en Zambie. Les délégués des pays n’hébergeant pas
d’Ambassade ou de Consulat de la Zambie peuvent
obtenir leur visa à 50 $ à leur arrivée à l’Aéroport
International Kenneth Kaunda de Lusaka.
3. VISA
All participants have to ensure that all their travelling documents are up to date for entry into
Zambia Republic. Countries without Zambian
embassy or consulate can obtain their visa at the
rate of $50 upon arrival at the Kenneth Kaunda
international airport in Lusaka .

4. MÉDICAL CARE
The Zambian Delegation will be responsible for
all first-aid medical and emergencies. Any other
medical incidents will be the responsibility of the
participating delegates
