GARANTIE LIMITÉE A DEUX (2) ANS
Clear Connect Electronics («CCE») garantit le présent produit contre les vices de fabrication et de matière dans les conditions
normales d’utilisation pour une période de DEUX (2) ANS à compter de la date d’achat par l’acheteur, utilisateur final initial
(«Période de Garantie»). Si un vice du produit apparaît et qu’une réclamation validée par un représentant de CCE est reçue au
cours de la Période de Garantie, CCE, à son choix, (a) échangera le produit avec un produit neuf ou fabriqué à partir de pièces
neuves ou pièces remanufacturées et qui est fonctionnellement équivalent au produit d’origine, ou (b) remboursera le prix d’achat
du produit. Un produit de rechange sera garanti pour la plus longue des durées suivantes : la durée restant à courir de la garantie
du produit d’origine ou une durée de quatre-vingt dix (90) jours à compter de la date du remplacement. Lorsqu’un produit est
échangé, il devient votre propriété et le produit échangé devient la propriété de CCE. Lorsqu’un remboursement est effectué, le
produit pour lequel le remboursement est fourni doit être retourné à CCE et devient la propriété de CCE.
La présente Garantie Limitée s’applique uniquement aux produits fabriqués par ou pour le compte de CCE qui peuvent être
identifiés par le logo CCE qui y est apposé. La Garantie Limitée ne s’applique pas aux produits non CCE même s’ils sont emballés
ou vendus avec les produits CCE.
CCE n’est pas responsable des dommages provenant du non respect des instructions d’installation et d’utilisation du produit.
La présente Garantie Limitée ne s’applique pas : (a) à tout dommage causé par accident, abus, mauvaise utilisation, inondation,
incendie, tremblement de terre ou d’autres causes extérieures non couvertes par les caractéristiques du produit ; (b) à tout dommage
causé par le fonctionnement du produit hors des utilisations prévues par CCE ; (c) à tout dommage causé par toute intervention
effectuée par toute personne qui ne soit pas représentante de CCE ou Prestataire de Services Agréé CCE ; (d) à un produit qui a été
modifié de telle manière à en altérer la fonctionnalité ou les capacités sans l’autorisation écrite de CCE ; ou (e) si le ou les numéros
de série CCE ont été enlevés ou rendus illisibles.
DANS LES CONDITIONS ENVISAGÉES PAR LA LOI, LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE ET LES RECOURS ENONCÉS CIDESSUS SONT EXCLUSIFS ET SONT AU LIEU ET PLACE DE TOUS AUTRES RECOURS, GARANTIES ET CONDITIONS.
PROCÉDURE DE RETOUR PRODUIT SOUS GARANTIE
Nous vous prions de bien vouloir examiner les ressources d’assistance visées dans cette documentation avant de solliciter un
service de garantie. Si le produit ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement après avoir utilisé ces ressources, nous vous prions de
bien vouloir contacter CCE aux coordonnées que vous trouverez sur cette notice. Conformément au droit applicable, CCE pourra
vous demander de fournir une preuve d’achat avant de recevoir un service de garantie. Si vous devez renvoyer le produit à CCE
pour un service de garantie, les frais de port retour seront à votre charge. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir prendre contact avec
un représentant CCE, qui vous fournira un numéro de dossier qui doit obligatoirement figurer sur l’extérieur de l’emballage du
produit. CCE ne réceptionnera aucun produit qui ne porte pas un numéro de dossier valable.
TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Clear Connect Electronics ("CCE") warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a
period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises
and a valid claim confirmed by a CCE representative is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, CCE will either (a)
exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least
functionally equivalent to the original product, or (b) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes
the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer
coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the
property of CCE. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to CCE and becomes the
property of CCE.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for CCE that can be identified by the CCE logo affixed to them.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-CCE products, even if packaged or sold with CCE product.
CCE is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product installation and use.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
not covered by the product’s specifications; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside its intended uses; (c) to
damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a CCE representative; (d) to a product that has been modified to alter
functionality or capability without the written permission of CCE; or (e) if any CCE serial number has been removed or defaced.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS.
IN-WARRANTY PRODUCT RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please review the help resources provided in this document before requesting warranty service. If the product is still not functioning
properly after making use of these resources, please contact CCE at the address indicated in this document. In accordance with
applicable law, CCE may require that you provide proof of purchase before receiving warranty service. If you need to return the
product to CCE, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact a CCE representative who will provide you with an
incident number which must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the product. CCE will not accept any package that is
not marked with a valid incident number.
