日本語教員の募集について Advertisement for a full-time faculty of TJFL 記 1．職名：国際大学言語教育研究センター日本語教育担当専任講師 Title: IUJ CLEAR JLP Assistant professor (Koshi) 2．採用時期： 2017 年４月１日（または 9 月 1 日） Date of appointment: April 1 (or September 1st ) 2017 3．資格等： Qualification: 学歴：日本語教育に関連のある分野（例：言語学、応用言語学、外国語教育、比較文化等）での修士以上の学位、またはこれと同等以上の教育研究歴を有すること。 Education: Master’s degree or above in a field relevant to TJFL 教育歴：大学レベルで５年以上の日本語教育経験を有すること。（TA、個人教授は除く） Teaching: The candidate must have more than five years of teaching Japanese at tertiary level, excluding TA or personal tutor experience 言語能力：日本語母語話者であること。また本学では原則として講義、学習指導・相談は英語が使用され、会議でも英語が使用されることがあるので、ある程度の英語でのコミュニケーション能力があること。 Linguistic competence: The candidate must be a native speaker of Japanese. English proficiency sufficient to communicate with students and faculty is required. 4．職務： Job description （１）教育： Education ①日本語初級、中級、上級のいずれかの教授 Teaching either one or two of courses at Basic, Elementary, Intermediate or Advanced levels ②クラスの運営に関する職務（コースのコーディネーション、教材の作成、学生の指導、試験問題の作成、成績管理等を含む）。 Course management responsibility: Course designing and coordination, preparing teaching materials and exams, scoring and grading. ③プログラム全体の運営に関わる職務（カリキュラム、シラバス等の立案、教材の開発、図書の拡充など）。 Program wise responsibility: Curriculum, syllabi designing, developing and expanding teaching materials and collection of books. ④各種のノンディグリー・プログラム：日本語コース、日本語教育ワークショップ、日本語教員養成講座など Various Non-degree program: Teaching Japanese, TJFL workshop, Teacher training （２）研究： Research ①各自の専門分野の研究 Research in a relevant field ②日本語プログラムとしてのプロジェクト等の分担 Share responsibility in research projects by JLP f ③語学プログラムとしてのプロジェクト等の分担 Share responsibility in research projects by LP （３）大学専任教員としての管理運営任務（プログラム内での業務分掌、および委員会等の責務分担など） Administrative responsibility: Share responsibility within JLP, committee, etc. 5．待遇： Salary, benefit and contract （１）年令、学歴、教育経験等を考慮し、本学の給与規程に基づき支給。給与は年俸制で他に個人研究費等支給。 Annual salary scheme system: the amount will be set based on the university regulations. Age, education, teaching experience are taken into consideration. （２）私立学校教職員共済組合（健康保険・年金）加入。 Private university mutual aid association for health insurance and pension （３） 2 年契約による専任教員。契約更改時に教育と管理運営面を中心に審査あり。講師として採用後 3 年 6 か月後にテニュアの審査を行い、適格と判定された場合、翌年度から任期の定めのない教員となります。 Two-year contract initially. Teaching and administrative performance will be evaluated after one-and-half years from the beginning of Koshi for renewal. Tenure evaluation shall be done after three-and-half years from the beginning of Koshi appointment. Urasa is 100 minutes from Tokyo station by Shinkansen. ⑤国際大学で日本語を履修する学生は、国際関係学および国際経営学（MBA）専攻の大学院生で、国籍は多様。日本語の 1 クラスは５～２０名程度の幅があります。 Students who enroll in Japanese classes at IUJ are from various countries and are affiliated to either Graduate school of International Relation or Graduate school of International Management. ⑥3 学期制を採用しており、10 月に始まる秋学期が新学期でその後、冬、春学期と続き、各学期は 10 週間です。IUJ adopts three semester system. The new academic year starts from fall semester (October) followed by winter and spring semester. The duration of each semester is ten weeks. 以上
