Your opinion is very important to us. Thank you for your cooperation. アンケートは web 上で行います。詳しくは裏面をご覧ください。 Please refer to the back of this page for URL and other information. The International Center Kyoto University １． 下記 URL よりアンケートログイン画面に入るか QR コードを読みとり、パスワー ドを入力してください。 Visit the login page through the URL below or read the QR code and enter the password. ・アンケートＵＲＬ URL for the questionnaire： http://www.ryugaku.kyoto-u.ac.jp/survey/japaneselanguage ・QR コード QR code： ・ログイン専用パスワード Password： nihongo ２．あなたが今学期登録したコースを選んでください。 Click on the course you registered for this semester. ３．回答が終わりましたらページ下部の「送信」をクリックしてください。 When you are done answering, click on the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of the screen. ４．複数のコースを受講した場合は「引き続きアンケートに回答する」、終わる 場合は「ログアウトする」をクリックしてください。 If you took classes from more than 1 course, click ‘Click to answer another questionnaire’. When you are finished, click ‘Logout’.
