3M™ 産業用 M12 ワイヤーマウントコネクタ組立手順書 3M™ Industrial M12 Wire Mount Connector Assembly Instructions 1) 本ケーブル組立手順書は以下のコネクタに適用される。・オス型コネクタ製品番号： 3N104-X000-S08 BF 製品仕様書： JNPS-1139 ・メス型コネクタ製品番号： 3N304-X000-S08 BF 製品仕様書： JNPS-1140 1) This cable assembly instruction applies to the following connector. ・Male Connector Product No.: 3N104-X000-S08 BF Product Spec.: JNPS-1139 ・Female Connector Product No.: 3N304-X000-S08 BF Product Spec.: JNPS-1140 2) 適合ケーブル仕様 2) Compatible Cables AWG#20～24 単線及び撚り線。 AWG#20 to 24 solid and stranded wires. ケーブル外径 Cable Diameter Φ4.0～6.5mm。 4.0 to 6.5mm diameter. φ 4.0～6.5mm 電線 Cable Wire オス型コネクタ Male Connector 8.0mm 3.0mm 1. 1. ケーブルの端末加工手順 Cable Preparation Procedure 1-1. ケーブル外皮（φ4.0～6.5mm）をおよそ8.0mm剥く。 1-2. ワイヤー外皮をおよそ3.0mm剥く。 1-3. ケーブルをコネクタパーツ（グランドナット、グランド、カバー、ガスケット）に通す。 1-1. Trim outer jacket approximately 8.0mm. 1-2. Trim wire jacket approximately 3.0mm. 1-3. Pass cable through connector parts such as the gland nut, gland, cover and gasket.. 2. 2. 電線の半田結線加工手順 Cable Wire Solder Termination Procedure 2-1. ピンに半田付けを行う。 2-2. ガスケットおよびカバーを締める（推奨締付けトルク 6.0～7.0kgf/cm）。 2-3. グランドおよびグランドナットを締める（推奨締付けトルク 9.0～10.0kgf/cm）。 2-1. Solder the wires onto pins. 2-2. Fully tighten gasket and cover to housing (6.0~7.0 kgf/cm recommended). 2-3. Fully tighten gland nut and gland to cover (9.0~10.0 kgf/cm recommended). ＜使用上の注意＞ • 適合ケーブル以外は使用しないでください。 • ケーブル加工作業は常温常湿下（5℃～35℃、相対湿度70%以下、ただし結露なきこと）でケーブル組立手順書に沿って行ってください。 • 使用時にはケーブルを強く屈曲、引張しないでください。 • 本製品は電気用品安全法の適用対象外です。また、電気工作物に該当しません。 • 定格や特性は部品としての規定であり、実使用時には、ご使用される機器の法規等をご確認ください。＜PRECAUTIONS＞ •Do not use incompatible cables. •Assemble in proper atmosphere （5℃～35℃, 70%RH,no dew condensation) following the assembly instructions. •Do not bend or pull the cables forcefully once assembled. •This connector is exempt from the Electric Appliances and Material Safety Act in Japan. This connector does not fall under the category of “electric facilities”. •The ratings and characteristics described in the specifications are for the connector component itself.
