Supplemental Terms and Conditions
補足条件
These supplemental terms and conditions (“the Supplement”) are part of an agreement for certain SAP Cloud
services (“Agreement”) between SAP and Customer and apply solely to SAP Cloud for Analytics (the “Cloud
Service”) and not any other SAP product or service.
この補足条件（以下「補足条件」）は、SAP と顧客間における特定の「SAP クラウドサービス」に関する契約（以下「本契約｣）の
一部であり、専ら SAP Cloud for Analytics （以下「クラウドサービス」）に適用され、それ以外の SAP の製品やサービスには
適用されない。
1. Cloud Service

1.1. SAP Cloud for Analytics for Planning, SAP Cloud for Analytics for Business Intelligence and SAP Digital
Boardroom are modules of SAP Cloud for Analytics, each of which must be ordered separately on an Order
Form. For purposes of this Supplement, the Cloud Service shall mean those modules for which a subscription
has been ordered by Customer.
1.1.
SAP Cloud for Analytics for Planning、SAP Cloud for Analytics for Business Intelligence 及び SAP
Digital Boardroom は、SAP Cloud for Analytics のモジュールであり、それぞれ「注文書」で別個に注文しなければならな
い。この「補足条件」において、「クラウドサービス」とは、顧客がそのサブスクリプションを注文したモジュールをいう。
1.2. The Cloud Service may be accessed by Authorized Users through a mobile application obtained by
Authorized Users via third-party websites, if made available by SAP. Customer acknowledges that the use of
such mobile application is governed by the terms and conditions presented to the Authorized User by such
third-party website Providers upon download/access to the mobile application and not by the terms of this
Agreement. Customer acknowledges that the third party that operates the website through which the mobile
application is distributed may stop distributing the mobile application at any time, and SAP is not responsible
for the unavailability of the mobile application due to the actions of the third party distributor.
1.2.
「クラウドサービス」には、SAP によりそれが利用可能とされている場合、「認定ユーザー」が、自ら第三者
のウェブサイトを通じて入手したモバイルアプリケーションを介してアクセスすることができる。顧客は、かかるモバイルア
プリケーションの使用については、「本契約」の条件ではなく、当該モバイルアプリケーションのダウンロード/アクセス時
に当該第三者ウェブサイトプロバイダーから「認定ユーザー」に提示された諸条件が適用されることを了承する。顧客は、モ
バイルアプリケーションが配布されているウェブサイトを運営する第三者が当該モバイルアプリケーションの配布を随時中止
する場合があること、及び SAP は第三者の頒布業者の行為によって当該モバイルアプリケーションが入手できないことにつ
いて責任を負わないことを、了承する。
1.3. Authorized Users of the Cloud Service are permitted to access the following SAP software and other
software through the Cloud Service only for the limited purposes of synching master data and planning data
with the following SAP systems only if has a current valid perpetual license for such software: Enterprise Core
Component, Business Planning and Consolidation and Business Warehouse. If SAP software integration is
required for any functions not specified above, then appropriate licenses for SAP software are required at an
additional cost (i.e., costs on top of the pricing for the Cloud Service under an Order Form).
1.3.
「クラウドサービス」の「認定ユーザー」は、「クラウドサービス」を通じて次の SAP ソフトウェア及びその
他のソフトウェアに、マスターデータ及び計画データを次の SAP ソフトウェアど同期する限定された目的でアクセスするこ
とを許可されるが、当該ソフトウェアに対する現行の有効な恒久ライセンスを有している場合に限られる：Enterprise Core
Component、Business Planning and Consolidation 及び Business Warehouse。上記で指定する以外の機能のために SAP ソ
フトウェアの統合が必要な場合は、SAP ソフトウェア用の適切なライセンスが、追加費用（すなわち、「注文書」に基づく
「クラウドサービス」の価格に上乗せされる費用）にて必要となる。
1.4. Customer may subscribe to test tenants (each a “Test Tenant”). Test Tenants may only be used for nonproductive testing purposes and may not be used with personal data. No more than (50) Authorized Users
may access each Test Tenant.

1.5. Customer may connect on-premise data sources to the Cloud Service in one of the following ways: HANA
Cloud Connector, or manual CSV upload. Use of the HANA Cloud Connector is included in the subscription fee
for the Cloud Service and the connector can be downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace. If the Cloud
Service connects to an SAP data source, Customer must obtain the appropriate licenses for access and use of
such data source for all access through the Cloud Service. Use of the HANA Cloud Connector is limited to use
with the Cloud Service, and may only be used for term of Customer’s subscription to the Cloud Service.
1.5.

きる：HANA Cloud Connector、又は手動による CSV のアップロード。HANA Cloud Connector の使用は、「クラウドサービス」

2. Fees. The Usage Metrics for SAP Cloud for Analytics are Planning Standard Users, Planning Professional Users,
Business Intelligence Users and Business Intelligence Extension User per module. The Usage Metric for the SAP
Digital Boardroom is Stories.
2. 料金。 SAP Cloud for Analytics の「使用メトリクス」は、モジュールごとの Planning Standard User 、 Planning
Professional User 、 Business Intelligence User 及び Business Intelligence Extension User 数とする。 SAP Digital
Boardroom の「使用メトリクス」は、「ストーリー数」とする。
2.1 Planning Professional User is an Authorized User who has the ability to use any SAP Cloud for Analytics
for Planning function, including to administer users, master data, business rules and configuration settings; to
create new models; and to define and maintain system integration settings and Extract, Transform and Load
configuration.
2.1 Planning Professional User とは、SAP Cloud for Analytics を「計画」の機能のために使用する資格を有する「認定
ユーザー」をいう。この機能には、ユーザー、マスターデータ、ビジネスルール及び構成の設定を管理すること、新規モデル
を作成すること、並びにシステム統合の設定、Extract、Transform、及び Load の構成を定義して維持管理することが含まれ
る。
2.2 Planning Standard User is an Authorized User whose use of the Cloud Service is limited to the ability to
execute planning standard functions; to edit, enter and/or upload operational data as required (i.e. actuals,
planning, used resources for each period); to change the status of workflow based tasks (i.e. submission of
data for approval or actual approval); to view data including the ability to customize Customer’s own dedicated
home page with pre-defined KPI’s; to execute existing reports or create reports but only on existing data
structures (models); to perform pre-defined planning tasks on existing data models; and to utilize embedded
collaboration capabilities and collaboration.
2.2 Planning Standard User とは、「クラウドサービス」の利用資格が、以下に限定された「認定ユーザー」をいう。計画
の標準的な機能を実行すること、必要に応じて運用データを編集、入力、及び/又はアップロードすること（すなわち、各期
間における実際の、計画された、使用されたリソース）、ワークフローに基づくタスクのステータスを変更すること（すなわ
ち、承認のためにデータを送信すること、又は実際の承認）、データを閲覧すること（事前定義済みの KPI により、顧客自
身の専用ホームページをカスタマイズする資格を含む）、既存のレポートを実行するか、又は既存のデータ構造（モデル）に
基づいてのみレポートを作成すること、既存のデータモデルで、事前定義済みの計画策定タスクを実行すること、並びに組み
込まれたコラボレーション機能及びコラボレーションを利用すること。
2.3 Business Intelligence User is an Authorized User who has the ability to use any SAP Cloud for Analytics
for BI function of the Cloud Service, including to administer users, master data, business rules and
configuration settings; to create new analytical models and view them using data view/data exploration; and
to define and maintain system integration settings and Extract, Transform and Load configuration.
2.3 Business Intelligence User とは、SAP Cloud for Analytics を、「クラウドサービス」の BI 機能のために使用する
資格を有する「認定ユーザー」をいう。この機能には、ユーザー、マスターデータ、ビジネスルール及び構成の設定を管理す
ること、新規の分析モデルを作成してそれをデータビュー/データ探索を使用して表示すること、並びにシステム統合の設定、
Extract、Transform、及び Load の構成を定義して維持管理することが含まれる。
2.4 Business Intelligence Extension User has the same rights as the Business Intelligence User, but
applies to customers with an existing subscription to SAP HANA Cloud Platform DB Services.
2.4 Business Intelligence Extension User は、 Business Intelligence User と同じ権利を有するが、SAP HANA Cloud
Platform DB Services の既存のサブスクリプションを有する顧客に適用される。
2.5 Analytics Standard User is an Authorized User whose use of the Cloud Service is limited to all
authorizations allowed for the Planning Standard User and the Business Intelligence User.

2.5 Analytics Standard User とは、その「クラウドサービス」の使用が、 Planning Standard User 及び Business
Intelligence User に認められたすべての権原に限定される「認定ユーザー」をいう。

2.6 Stories are the number of boardroom-enabled documents, which include items such as charts, text
blocks, pictures and pictograms to describe data, linked to an Agenda in the Cloud Service. An Agenda means
an organized listing of topics. Customer must have a subscription for a User-type defined above for each
individual creating Stories within the Cloud Service.
2.6 「ストーリー数」とは、ボードルーム対応の文書の数をいい、これには、「クラウドサービス」内の「アジェンダ」に
リンクされた、データを記述するためのチャート、テキストブロック、画像、ピクトグラムなどが含まれる。「アジェンダ」
とは、トピックを系統的に一覧記載したものをいう。顧客は、「クラウドサービス」内で「ストーリー」を作成する個人のそ
れぞれについて、上記に定める「ユーザー」タイプに対するサブスクリプションを有していなければならない。
Additional Terms.
追加条件。
3.1 Each user-type defined in Section 2 entitled “Fees” above includes shared memory, storage and inbound
and outbound bandwidth in the configuration listed in the table below. Customer may subscribe to additional
storage for an additional annual fee at SAP’s then-current rates. Multiple users belonging to the same
customer tenant, will share their memory and disk.
3.1 上記の「料金」と題された各ユーザータイプには、共有メモリー、記憶領域並びにインバウンド及びアウトバウンドの帯
域幅が、以下の表に記載された構成で含まれる。顧客は、SAP のその時点で有効な料率による追加年間料金にて、追加の記憶

3.2 If Customer subscribes to a Private Edition version of the Cloud Service, each instance of SAP Cloud for
Analytics includes HANA memory, disk space and inbound and outbound bandwidth in the configurations listed
in the table below. Customer may obtain additional disk storage for an additional annual fee at SAP’s thencurrent rates.
3.2 顧客が、「クラウドサービス」の Private Edition バージョンに対するサブスクリプションを有する場合、SAP Cloud
for Analytics の各インスタンスには、HANA のメモリー、ディスク記憶領域並びにインバウンド及びアウトバウンドの帯域

3.3 Connectors
3.3 コネクター
3.3.1
Use of Connectors. In addition to the hosted portion of the Cloud Service, SAP shall make
available for download by Customer the SAP HANA Cloud Connector agent and the HANA IOT Connector
agent (the “Cloud Connectors”) which may be used for integration of the Cloud Service with SAP onpremise solutions and integration with Active Machines, respectively. The use of the Cloud Connectors is
limited to use with the Cloud Service and Customer may not use the Cloud Connectors for any other
purpose. The Cloud Connectors are part of the Cloud Service and Customer’s use is limited to use by
Authorized Users and only for the term of the Order Form. The Cloud Connectors may not be modified or
altered in any way except by SAP. Any such modifications will negate SAP’s obligation to provide Support
and void SAP’s warranty obligations under this Agreement. Customer shall utilize the most current
version of the Cloud Connectors made available by SAP, and Customer acknowledges that failure to use
the most current version may result in diminished performance of the Cloud Service. Customer is solely
responsible for the security of the Cloud Connectors and is responsible for maintaining adequate security
measures, including firewalls, to prevent unauthorized access to the Cloud Connectors. Upon termination
or expiration of the Order Form, Customer’s right to use the Cloud Connectors shall cease.
3.3.1
コネクターの使用。「クラウドサービス」のホストされる部分に加えて、SAP は、顧客がダウンロードできる
ように、「クラウドサービス」と SAP のオンプレミスソリューション及び「アクティブマシン」のとの統合にそれぞれ
使用できる、SAP HANA Cloud Connector エージェント及び HANA IOT Connector エージェント（以下「クラウドコネク
ター」）を提供するものとする。「クラウドコネクター」の利用は「クラウドサービス」との併用に限られ、顧客は、
それ以外のいかなる目的にも「クラウドコネクター」を使用してはならない。「クラウドコネクター」は「クラウドサー
ビス」の一部であり、顧客による利用は、「認定ユーザー」による、「注文書」の期間についてのみの利用に限られる。
SAP による場合を除き、「クラウドコネクター」のいかなる変更又は改変も認められない。かかる変更が行われた場合は、
「サポート」を提供する SAP の義務が免除されるとともに、「本契約」に基づく SAP の保証義務は無効となる。顧客は、
SAP により提供された最新版の「クラウドコネクター」を利用するものとし、最新版を利用しないことで、「クラウド
サービス」のパフォーマンス低下を招く場合があることを了承する。顧客は、「クラウドコネクター」のセキュリティに
ついて単独で責任を負うとともに、「クラウドコネクター」への不正なアクセスを予防するために、ファイアウォールを
含む十分なセキュリティ対策を維持する責任を負う。「注文書」の終了又は満了の時点で、「クラウドコネクター」を使
用する顧客の権利は失われるものとする。

(i) Customer may connect the Cloud Service to SAP on-premise enterprise systems and non-SAP
enterprise systems using the HANA Cloud Connector provided with the Cloud Service. A connection is
defined as the association of the Cloud Service to any unique on premise enterprise business application
or on-premise data source. For each connection a license under an on-premise license is required for the
type of access to the SAP on-premise enterprise system requested through the Cloud Service.
（i）顧客は、「クラウドサービス」と共に提供される HANA Cloud Connector を使用して、「クラウドサービス」を、
SAP のオンプレミスエンタープライズシステム及び SAP 以外のエンタープライズシステムに接続することができる。接
続とは、「クラウドサービス」を、固有のオンプレミスのエンタープライズビジネスアプリケーション又はオンプレミス
のデータソースに関連づけることと定義される。各接続に対して、「クラウドサービス」を通じて要求される、SAP のオ
ンプレミスエンタープライズシステムに対するアクセス方式については、オンプレミスライセンスに基づくライセンスが
必要である。
(ii) For mixed environments (SAP on-premise enterprise systems and non-SAP on-premise enterprise
systems), Customer must obtain subscriptions for connections to non-SAP on-premise systems
(connections to SAP systems are not charged) under the Order Form.

混合環境（SAP のオンプレミスのエンタープライズシステムと SAP 以外のオンプレミスのエンタープライズシ
ステム）の場合、顧客は、「注文書」に基づき SAP 以外のオンプレミスシステムに対するサブスクリプションを取得し

(iii) For access to on-premise enterprise systems through mediated middleware solutions:

(1) If an SAP mediated solution, Customer does not pay for connections irrespective of SAP or non-SAP
on-premise enterprise systems connected to this mediated solution.

レミスのエンタープライズシステムが SAP のものか SAP 以外のものかにかかわらず、接続の対価を支払わない。

(2) If non-SAP mediated solution, Customer must obtain a connection under the Order Form only for the
connection to each non-SAP mediated solution.
