特筆に値するのは、学部既卒者向けのプログラムとパートナーシッププログラムです。学部既卒者
向けのプログラムでは 1 カ月から 36 カ月までのドイツ留学・研究奨学金が授与されます。同プロ

ドイツの大学は 2009 年も国際化に取り組んで行きます。ドイツ政府は今年、「対外学術政策費用」
として昨年比 10,3％増しの７億 2600 万ユーロを予算に計上しました。ドイツの大学の国際化を担
うドイツ学術交流会（DAAD）にとって、奨学金は今もなお国際学術交流事業における重要な手段
となっています。
4. International Fair for Higher and Continuing Education “Studyworld”, Berlin
Under the Patronage of Prof. Dr. Stefan Hormuth, President of the German Academic Exchange
Service, Germany’s only fair to focus on Higher and Continuing Education at both national and
th
international level will take place from May 15-16 in Berlin for the 4 time.
Every year, more than 9500 visitors seek advice for their individual study and career plans at the
booths of over 150 exhibitors from more than 20 countries.
StudyWorld is accompanied by a diverse and informative seminar programme. Educational experts
will inform visitors about the latest developments in higher and continuing education, academic
opportunities worldwide, internships and career planning, both in Germany and abroad.
In addition, special seminars on the overall topic of internationalization will be presented in
cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).The seminar programme will be
published on the StudyWorld-website in March. The attendance is free of charge for visitors.

In conjunction with StudyWorld 2009 the 3rd Symposium on the International Mobility of German
Students: “go out! Studieren weltweit” will take place from May 14 – 15, 2009 at the BerlinBrandenburg Academy of Sciences. The event is organised by the Federal Ministry of Education
and Research (BMBF) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in co-operation with
ICWE GmbH. The symposium is aimed at university staff working in the fields of administration,
international exchange and public relations, as well as representatives from different faculties and
institutes. The event will also be of interest to StudyWorld 2009 exhibitors and international visitors
to the fair.

TestAS が毎年受験可能に
留学希望者のための学業遂行能力試験 TestAS が 2009 年から 1 年に 2 度受験できるようになりま
した。この試験は留学希望者が希望大学・希望学科で学ぶ能力を有しているかどうかを検査するも
ので、ドイツ語か英語で受験可能。TestAS は、これまでは大学の基礎課程受講能力を証明するた
めに、ベルリン自由大学などドイツの限られた大学でしか導入されていませんでしたが、今後その
重要性は増してくるものと予想されます。
この試験はドイツ学術交流会（DAAD）の依頼により、ITB Consulting GmbH と TestDaF 協会が開
発し、2007 年に全世界で導入されました。
2008 年は 98 カ国で 2400 名の留学希望者が TestAS を受験。日本では東京ゲーテ・インスティテ
ュートが試験センターになっています。

ドイツ研究協会 (DFG) 東京代表部設立
日本では初めてとなる、ドイツ研究協会 (DFG、http://www.dfg.de/) (本部：ボン) の在外事務所が、東京
のドイツ文化会館内に開設され、代表のイリス・ヴィツォレク氏 (Dr. Iris Wieczorek) が着任されました。
DAAD 東京事務所も同じ建物内に入居しており、心より歓迎しています。
