Super Resolution Microscopy less complex and easier to use !!
Olympus developed Super Resolution microscope “SD-OSR”, which enables acquisition of super
(approx. 100 nm) resolution images for live cell. If you only carry out snap or starting live, you
can observe super resolution image immediately.
In addition, SD-OSR has flexibility in choice of fluorescence dyes, so you do not need to
prepare new dyes for super resolution microscopy.
Our 100x silicon immersion objective lens and SD-OSR will arrow you to observe 3D cultured
cells and tissues as deeply as into “several 10s of microns” with a minimal aberration.

超解像イメージングをより身近に、より手軽に !!
約100nm空間分解能でのライブセル超解像イメージング可能な、オリンパ独自の超解像技術SDOSRを開発。ライブ撮影時に超解像画像をリアルタイムに処理・表示するため、超解像画像を確認
しながら、興味領域を確認できます。電動XYステージと組み合わせた多点タイムラプスも可能です。
超解像観察用に開発したシリコーン浸対物レンズ UPLSAPO100XSを使用することで、波長制限無
く、数10ミクロン程度の深部観察が可能であり、細胞内構造を超解像観察可能です。
