ジャパン・ビデオ・トピックス（DVD）の貸し出し
「ジャパン・ビデオ・トピックス」の貸し出しをいたします。このビデオは日本の最新情報
を紹介するという広報ビデオで、香港のテレビ局 TVB では字幕つきで「日本風情画」という
タイトルで放送されています。
ナレーションの原稿のファイルもふりがな付きで添付してありますので、日本語学習者はも
ちろん、小中学生の授業にも利用できます。

☆ ジャパン・ビデオ・トピックス貸し出し方法は以下の通りです。

貸し出し期間は 2 週間。次の予約がなければ期間の延長も可能。
② 貸し出しの対象は団体での使用に限る。

貸し出しの手続き
１.「ジャパン・ビデオ・トピックス」の貸し出し用紙に氏名（ID 番号）、所属機関
名、貸し出し DVD の希望タイトル、利用方法及び利用目的などを記入して、レタ
ーまたは E メールで申し込み、領事館に在庫の有無を確認した上、領事館に取り
に来る。
２．ディスクを受け取る際、身分証明として「自身が作成した申込書に所属機関のス
タンプを押したもの」或いは「所属機関の名称、担当者の連絡番号を記入したも
の」などを提示または提出する。

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Persons who wish to borrow items from the Public Relations & Cultural
Affairs Division of the Consulate-General of Japan are required to observe
and agree to the following terms and conditions:1. All items must be returned in the same condition in
which they are borrowed. Damage or loss of items
will be the sole responsibility of borrower, and full
cost of replacement will be met by borrower.
2. It is the borrower’s responsibility to check the
condition of items prior to borrowing, in order to
adhere to Point 1.
3. Items must be returned within the time agreed by both
parties.
